Went there for take out with my girl friend. We got the sea food platter it was really good. It even came with a soup.
Chris and his better 3/4 are doing a great job. The Conch Crackers are a dream, the beer of TOP draft quality, lots of local VIP, great atmosphere on the terrace, sit there, so you dont have to watch all that SPORTS-TV.
Don't expect much for looks but definitely worth trying for local cuisine. We had a local guide suggest the place, it's above Fort Charlotte and across from the Fish Fry. tried this restaurant and was quite disappointed. The wait staff didn't seem to know what they were doing and the food came from downstairs. Our meal arrived cold and we were neglected there after until it came time for the bill.

AMAZING Conch Chowder and all of our meals were totally delicious! The bar ran out of what we wanted to order, so we tried differnet things - all delicious! I only wish that we had heard of this place earlier in the week!! Will go back for sure!
The food is very good and plentiful. The prices are very reasonable. Chris and Connie are well known throughout the Bahamas. Sometimes the food can take a while because the kitchen is so small. I had the fish and chips last time and it was excellent.
Went for lunch with friends and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I was disappointed I ordered the snapper, what a mistake! It looked and tasted as if it had been cooked the day before and was extremely spicy. Only 1 of use really liked our meal, and she wound up with a tummy ache. I can't really recommend... More
Let me try to explain this in a proper way. Me and my wife love local food. We went to the "fish fry" every single night and tried a different "local" place every time we went. This restaurant is actually located arcoss the street from the fish fry and is not associated with them. The point i'm trying to make... More
