We were exhausted after our Ecotour at Caneel Bay so it was good to sit down and have a nice meal. I ordered the chef's seafood and pasta special. It was ok. The shrimp was overcooked and it needed some seasoning. But overall, it was a decent meal.

The Lime Inn is in downtown Cruz Bay. The food was cooked on a grill and included fish, lobster and steaks. Parking is difficult nearby but can be found at the car ferry about 1/4 mile away. My only complaint is that it was very warm in the restaurant. It is not open air and doesn't get sea breezes.

You can't go wrong at this breezy little haven, only about two blocks from the ferry dock in downtown Cruz Bay. The proprietor, Rich, is probably one of the nicest, most interesting people I met on the Island. He vets his staff and it shows. They are all renaissance men and women on top of being kind and personable to... More

Great, open air bar and restaurant slightly off the beaten path. Met the owner, takes pride in delighting customers. Sat at the bar for dinner, the cold drinks and good food helped us forget about the very warm evening. During our trip in off-season, The Lime Inn was open for business - thanks!

Enjoyed a nice relaxing evening meal with my girlfriend and my parents. My Dad and I had the red snapper and key lime pie. The ladies both ordered salads and soups. We all enjoyed the meals and atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant for a relaxing couples dinner, or dinner for four.

We had reservations and were seated promptly. The waiter was attentive but not pushy. The food was very good. I had a fresh piece of blackened red snapper and an Island IPA. The decor was nothing great and the restaurant had no view but compared to Zozo's, it was a bargin and one restaurant I will return to.

The food and service were very good, but probably the best thing about this restaurant is the setting. It's located in an outdoor courtyard in the middle of busy Cruz Bay. Ferns and other plants abound, providing a an oasis of peace and quiet. Seafood is their specialty, and with an oyster appetizer and snapper entree I was not disappointedl

We always enjoy returning to Lime Inn when we come back to St. John. The food is consistently good. The tables are close together so you might feel a bit cramped, but there is usually a lively, fun ambience. The frozen key lime pie is fantastic!

Busy is a good sign, but we felt very cramped. The tables were very close. The food was good, not great. I don't think we would go back.
