The full restuarant was not opening until the next week but they do serve meals in the bar area. My husband had the grilled lobster and raved over it. I actually had the philly cheesesteak and it was absolutely delicious. My husband could not resist and at half. We started with the bacon wrapped scallops and they were perfectly grilled.... More

Dinner or lunch, the Lime Inn is always delicious. From the friendly greeting to the friendly good bye you'll enjoy your meal. We has dinner one night and the grilled lobster is the best on the island. Their homemade gazpacho soup is my wife's favorite and their New England clam chowder is among the best I've had anywhere. Top off... More

As others have reviewed I was in St John the end of October (my favorite time to visit) and only the bar area was open. That was not an issue as I sat at the bar and had a wonderful time. The bartender was attentive and accommodating for all who came in that night. It was actually a nice atmosphere... More

A must go-to bar and restaurant. They're really accommodating and fun people who run the place. Who knew the best Philly Cheesesteak could be found in St. John?

It's actually hard to find good food on St John being a "foodie" like me but the lime inn is one of the best places my wife and I found the owner Rich is awesome I got to have a drink with him and had the best Caribbean lobster I ever had.

The Lime Inn doesn't look like much from the street. That quickly changes when you walk in. We went in the slow season so there was a limited menu and there was only seating at the bar. The bar was outdoor but covered. Very relaxing. The menu, while limited, was great. I had blackened shrimp, which was great. My wife... More

My husband and I always travel to St. John in the later part of October and the Lime Inn is not always open. This year, to my delight, it was open and I couldn't wait to get there for some grilled lobster. Upon arrival, we learned that it was just the bar and two tables (that were all full) that... More

We vacationed during the off season so only the bar area was open. The bartender/server was great and the owner was very friendly. The lobster was good - simply prepared how I like it - and the clam chowder was great. I would recommend and would go back.

Amazing food for an easy casual lunch in the middle of the day with sandwiches, salad and burgers or a nice upper scale dinner with steak and lobster. The philly cheesesteak (limin cheese steak) for lunch is famous on island and delicious.

Such an awesome meal surrounded by tourists and locals alike; either way, we were made to feel entirely welcome. Can't wait to go to the Lime Inn year after year.
