Love this place. Have eaten there many times. Rich and family run a great place. This trip we were a little disappointed...not because the food was bad, it just wasn't the great we were use to from the Lime Inn. I had the seafood pasta, which is a dish that is challenging because it is so easy to over cook... More

From the owner's friendly greeting to the server's very helpful and friendly approach to the heartfelt goodbye at the end of the meal, the service could not be better. And the food is excellent too. It is fascinating to watch the grilled delicacies being prepared. Decor is informal and appropriate for the island. We go at least once every visit... More

Luckily we made reservations for The Lime Inn because it was very crowded. We were welcomed pleasantly, waited a few minutes for our table, and were seated at a table that accommodated the 7 of us. Our servers were courteous and very helpful. The children's menu had great selections. We especially liked the Scallops wrapped in bacon, the Coquille St.... More

With all the great reviews we were expecting a lot (maybe too much) from The Lime Inn. I had a cup of gas peach which was pretty good, but our entrees left a little to be desired. My wife had mahi in what should have been a delicious lemon butter sauce but it lacked taste and I had blackened tuna... More

We were really looking forward to this restaurant on our recent first trip to the island. It was on our list of must try restaurants. I will say we were not impressed! The food was decent, nothing special. The atmosphere was nice and the bar area was cute, but it was just okay. Kind of disappointed when there are so... More

We came in for drinks and appetizers. We had the grilled scallops and they were good nothing special. The bartender Alex was a young gentleman from NC very friendly. Everyone eating at the bar enjoyed his service. Very polite and helpful about the island.

Really liked the place, the staff was nice and attentive and the food was pretty good. But for the price, I expected better. Would go again, and is pretty good all around. Great waitstaff.

We tried this place as per the concierge at our place stating it was good food and nice casual kid friendly atmosphere. The Grilled lobster was alright, shrimp scampi was expected to have larger shrimp than what was served and the kids pasta plates took so long to come out after requesting they come out ASAP. As a result they... More
