It doesn't have bright shiny lights or a giant billboard but this hidden little kitchen and bar is the best of the best when it comes to food, service and happiness. My wife and I had a fine dinner at the Tamarind Court on a quiet Sunday evening. The lobster bisque was a big hit! We also had some great seafood (the dinner special - tuna). Dinners are great, but the brunch is even better! Eggs Benedict with fresh squeezed juice - ahh, fantastic.

The Tamarind is one of the secret finds of STJ. Friendly staff; funky setting; menu change every night; huge portions; breakfast that the locals flock to so you know it's good; anti-tourist trap which is why we love it. Highly recommended

It's great because there is a different cuisine each night...Greek, Chinese, Bistro, Prime Rib, Caribbean!
