Awesome fish tacos!

My wife and I stopped into this bar/grill following a recommendation by another tourist. It is a 2nd level open air bar/grill and does not have a direct view of the bay. However, it makes up for that in their fish tacos. The fish is fresh caught mahi mahi and if you don't think freshness... read more

I was looking for a sports bar to catch a college basketball game (if it wasn't the Big Ten tournament, I wouldn't have tried to see the game). The TVs were a little on the small side (especially for a place that bills itself as a sports bar), but they found the game I wanted and got it on the... More

Castaway was HIGHLY recommended to us by a few people for a lower-cost DELISH dinner (apparently fish tacos and Queso are great). Casey & Morgan are so fun. Go for a good, light spirited, time.

Went 3 times last week and never disappointed. Servers were efficient and attentive. Food quality and value was excellent. Owner present and spends time with his customers. Check out the lobster nachos or fish tacos or both! You won't be disappointed!

We spent a week in St. John staying in Cruz Bay and Castaways quickly became one of our favorite places for great food and great drinks. The food is amazingly fresh and flavorful. We tried the usuals (Lime Inn, Morgan's Mango, etc) and this food was by far the best and extremely reasonable. We are from NYC and lovers of... More

Stopped in for Happy Hour and was very impressed. After we saw a couple eating a huge platter of nachos, we decided to stay. We had the best lobster nachos and fresh fish tacos we have ever had. Best of all, we paid probably half of what we would have at other places in St John. Liked so much, visited... More

Loved the hh!! Upstairs bar was a blast. Painkillers and bushwackers! Met the owner, he was so nice and the bartenders put up with 9 of us girls for my birthday happiness! Fish tacos out of this world as one of the girls said. Would go back in a heartbeat!!
