Like the waves that crash on our beaches, our islands are full of people that come and go. Like the boats that leave our docks filled with guests that want to stay, our gates wave goodbye to friends who want to remain for one more drink, one more bite of the best the ocean has to offer, or one more minute of closing their eyes and smelling the salt in the sea and listening to the caress of the ocean against the sand. We know your time here is precious, everyone comes here to escape, to go on adventures with people they love the most. Here, we make it our vocation to help you experience the best of what the Virgin Islands has to offer. Our chefs have mastered both local and international cuisine, bartenders have figured out the best way to put spirit in our spirits, and all of our staff is happy to see you. Honestly, we think there's no better backdrop to relax with friends or family, close that business deal, or even make the life-long commitment to the person you love the most. We'll see you when the tide comes in.

Nice setting and good drinks

High Tide was a standard go to for our happy hour gatherings. Food is decent quality but we were there for the drinks and sunsets. I tried just about every Bushwacker along the waterfront and there's was the best.

High Tide is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. As soon as you get off the ferry stop in for a yummy painkiller. The breakfast was great with bacon that's perfectly crisp. We had fun here just people watching and recovering from a hike.

Party of 13 (3 families) dined there - quickly got seated at 2 tables. Waitress was very attentive to adult table and kid table. Food was good - seafood pasta special was great, mahi sandwiches were also a favorite. Burgers were overl cooked.

Drink specials, salads, something for everyone! Nice view of the water of Cruz Bay. Fish dishes seemed expensive throughout the area, not just here. Large-screened TVs for sporting events...hubby loved that.

We ate here on the way to Caneel Bay. Once we got off the ferry from St. Thomas, it was a quick walk to this restaurant. They make a killer bloody mary! Hubby had the breakfast quesadillas and they were out of this world delicious. I had the regular eggs and bacon breakfast with tater tots. I love tater tots... More

Took a full hour to get food after ordering. It was quiet so they weren't bombarded. 40 minutes after ordering we were told the restaurant was out of shrimp (something half the table ordered). The table behind us returned chicken because it wasn't cooked thoroughly. One of the waiters was very rude when my mother tried to order a water... More

We took a tour to St. John for the day while on our cruise last week. We stumbled upon this little gem. Loved the frozen drinks, very refreshing! I had a BLT with Brie and mango salsa, it was awesome. Hubby had coconut shrimp, very good. We enjoyed the view while dining, can't beat the beach view!!

Only visited for breakfast but I was pleased with it. Very limited selection but something for everyone. Prices on par with every other breakfast joint in the Cruz Bay area. I had a Veggie omelet and my hubby had eggs, bacon (not cooked enough) and toast. The Bloody Mary was excellent. Go for the view and the sound of the... More

We took the ferry from St. Thomas to St. John, and stopped here for lunch. These were the BEST fish tacos I have had EVER!! The view was amazing. Awesome Bloody Mary. Nice, laid back, beach restaurant/bar. Loved it and bought the t-shirt!

We walked right in on a very busy night and dines at the bar. The grilled lobster was delicious. The sides were also nice. Hardworking guys at the bar too!

It sounds like you know how to navigate a busy night, Susan -- thanks for this great review. Oh, and if you like the lobster, give the Blackened Mahi Mahi a try next time you're around. All the best, High Tide More
