Very pleasant casual dining outdoors adjacent to the water. Good sandwiches and salads, prices are reasonable.

This place is awesome! Great food and entertainment with local man playing the bongos.... it was great. Food is 15-20 a plate even for lunch, but it is worth it. TV's for sports watching too, but on the beach is much better for the view.

We had lunch here. The service was a little slow, but to defend our server, her counterpart sat on her butt the whole time and did nothing! Not sure why they keep that second waitress. Anyway, food was good, waitress was nice, and the location is really pretty, being right on the beach.

We visited High Tide twice during our one week stay. We had lunch and drinks our first day after arriving on the ferry from St. Thomas and then again for late afternoon drinks and appetizers. Food was good, drinks were great and the views were awesome!

Loved it all.. We celebrated my birthday there. It was downtown, so after dinner, you could check out the clubs. I would recommend it to anybody and everybody.

The best thing about this restaurant was the beachfront location. The waitress was pleasant but the service was super slow and the food was just ok. Considering that it was a bar, they should have at least had the beers listed on the menu. The one we picked was not cold so we had to pick again. We ordered a... More

We had great food at the High Tide. We loved being able to leisurely look at Cruz Bay while eating. There was a one-man band there the first night we went. Great, affordable cocktails (cheaper than NY.) And super food. My son and husband had the skirt steak both nights and claimed this it was their favorite meal of the... More

My family stayed at Frenchman's Reef on St. Thomas but went to St. John for a day trip to Cinnamon Bay. We stayed all day and were starving so we decided to eat a late lunch before getting back on the ferry. What a great idea! My husband had the conch fritters which he said were delicious. My sons had... More

The place is very nice and well located. Food was pretty good with a very average service. Overall a place to go back. Just be aware that gratuity is already included in the bill.

We spent a week on St John and had conch fritters at several places. High Tide definitely had the best. The view is very nice (you're inches from the beach at Cruz Bay) and the atmosphere is very casual. The service was average.
