I title this review hmmmm because I truly am wondering with the owners of this place are thinking? Every year we patronize this place and every year there is a whole new staff in the kitchen....This year we have been down here a little over two months and we were able to experience a hire and fire of a head... Decided to try Spyglass for a late lunch one day, after coming off the beach. Eric, our server was great. very efficient, professional and friendly. He was swift with our drinks from the bar, and kept our water glasses full. Four of us tried different meals, and all were impressed, compared to much of the usual type of bar food one... More

Hard to know where to start. Waited 10 mins just to check in for our reservation, then told there were no menus, and waited 30 mins to order. Had to ask for bread and when that finally came out around twenty minutes later it was completely frozen in the middle. Eventually we got our cooked bread which came with no... More

Visited a virtually empty spyglass for dinner with an admittedly large group. 20 minutes for burnt bread and water. At least 45 minutes for food and an incomplete order. I have had lobster overcooked before, but have never seen it burned until now. I have enjoyed this restaurant in the past, but it has changed dramatically. So many great choices... More

We had a very good meal here, but the service was really slow, even allowing for island time. We were the only party there for lunch, so we couldn't understand how the kitchen could be backed up.

And nice happy hour. Right on the water, upstairs, in Cruz Bay. They often have live music and everyone has a good time.

We stopped by for happy hour and liked the apps so much that we decided to stay for dinner! It turned out to be one of the best meals we had on this trip. My husband had the snapper. He's picky about fish and he loved it. I had mahi mahi and it was delightful. The service was good, prices... More

This restaurant's bathroom was absolutely disgusting and nasty. We were scared to eat from their kitchen after going to the restroom but did attempt to. My wife has a dairy allergy and they would not accommodate her meal. The cook (rude lady) said NO, you get what you get. We were very upset and left. We would NOT recommend this... More

My wife and I stayed a week in Cruz Bay for our honeymoon. On our last day there, we went to Spyglass, which was a good thing - otherwise, we just might have gone there every single day! Amazing food, a fantastic view from the second-floor restaurant, all added up to complete satisfaction.
