At Morgan’s Mango, we try to reflect the life of the islands, a place of dazzling light and color, tropical breezes and starry nights, a relaxed and sensory experience.Joining us, to share in the culinary history of an island world crowded with so many wonderful cultures that it takes your breath way. Our food covers many Caribbean and South American cuisines—Creole, Bahamian, Cuban, Jamaican, Haitian, Puerto Rican, Argentinian and Mayan. All of these cuisines have been influenced by the original inhabitants of the islands, the Arawak and Carib Indians, as well as the Africans, East Indians and Chinese who arrived later. Add to these the foods of the Spanish, French, British and Danish settlers, and you have an incredible melting pot of ethnic and classic cuisines.Hence Cuisines of the Caribbean, a neo-Caribbean experience conveying the juice and jazz of the islands, a carnival of flavors and lifestyles.

Has only gotten better this past year!

Another wonderful week on St. John and this time we made sure to visit Morgan's Mango not once, but twice. Just like last time we split two things rather than going for large meals (our preferred stye, it seams). The first night we had mussels and tuna tartare, both were EXCELLENT. Consistently good food, remarkable attentive service and a cool, caribbean vibe makes Morgan's the best upscale dinner spot on St. John. A great cocktail list and a happening bar completes everything.

Been eating at Morgan's for many years. We always enjoy the service, food, & drinks at Morgan's. We were again pleased with all. 2 for 1 Margaritas Thursdays are the best! Drinks served promptly & were again delicious. Seafood we ordered was great. Would come here again. Enjoy!

I first went to Morgan's close to 20 years ago and it never disappoints. This past time we went two nights in a row because it was just that good. Try your choice of fish with the rum mango sauce. The food is fresh, delicious and plentiful and the various specialty drinks are quite yummy. Make sure to hear about... More

Went there first night on St John, ie long day travel, rental car, getting settled in VRBO. Parking an issue, but finally got a place. Walked in without a reservation and they had a table! (this was a Saturday night). Drinks were good. Service by Jasmine appropriately attentive and helpful. Appetizer of Tuna Tostones was fantastic and hinted at great... More

Four of us picked this restaurant based on a quick recommendation. It was great. We were initially seated next to a pretty loud family who wanted their children to perform dancing routines in the restaurant and the mother was squealing with delight. Good for them, bad for us. We made a request to our waiter, Patrick (from Brooklyn), to move... More

Our reservation was misplaced when we showed up, but the staff worked quickly to get is seated at a table. Energetic and friendly service. Very nice grouper main dish. Fun key lime brûlée. Nice setting.

If you're on St John's for one dinner, make it at Morgan's Mango. The food was outstanding… from the chowder soup and ceviche for appetizers to the seafood paella for an entree… delicious!!! Friendly staff (our server, Ashley was terrific!) and an on site owner who clearly wants his patrons to have the best experience. You can't go wrong here!

Morgan's Mango is a lively place where you can get a great cocktail and feast on wonderful Caribbean flavors. When you've just arrived in St. John, this is exactly what you want! I'm glad we came here first, because after several days of similar food, we started looking for a change of pace. But what they served us, they did... More
