We went to Jake's on our last day. Chose it b/c it serves breakfast and lunch, which is perfect for our family. We ordered 2 Cheesesteak sandwiches, the CBR (?) wrap, and a full breakfast (Eggs, bacon, potatoes) with banana crunch pancakes. Everything was DELICIOUS! 4 meals, 4 sodas (cans!) came to $67. Not bad for St John prices. I... More

Accidently found this place with a little walk up the hill. Breakfast served all day and other great lunch options as well. High enough for a nice view and has a California vibe. Glad we found it!

LOVE coming here for breakfast, make sure we do at least twice during every yearly visit to St. John. You cannot beat the deliciousness for the price! So good. Great way to start your day :)

Went here the first time because it is my brothers name & we wanted to get him a tshirt from there. Food was good, service was friendly. Been there twice & we plan on stopping back next time we go to St John.

A rare find, decent and cheap food in the islands. Plain place in the Lumberyard complex but good for breakfast, lunch, a cold beer, etc.

I adore Jake's! My first time on St. John and we ate there every day on our 8 day vacation. We tried almost everything on the menu and I can honestly say we were never disappointed. My favorites were the House-made Hash (amazing), Breakfast Burrito (big and delicious), Banana and Walnut Pancakes (heavenly combination), Californian Omelet (fluffy and flavorful), BLT... More

I am shocked by how many people think this place is good, this was by far the worst food we ate on our entire 10 day stay in St. John. AND the kicker is we waited almost 20 minutes for two entree's -- a Hamburger which wound up being a "frozen" patty, with potato chips (YES, they serve hamburgers and... More

We were on the hunt for breakfast, and this place came highly recommended. My wife and friends got an assortment of pancakes and they were incredible, there was no favorite because all of the flavors blew our minds. I was feeling crazy that morning and I ordered the Philly, and HOLY CRAP was that thing amazing!!!!! The staff was great... More

We love to go to Jake's for breakfast. Their Bloody Mary's are great and we love many of their dishes. This visit we had their "Regular" Breakfast which is eggs, toast, home fries and sausage or bacon. Home fries are done well with a little bit of spice. Their Breakfast Burritos are big and delicious. They have many choices for... More

We stopped at Jake's for breakfast at about 11:00 am. There were six in our group. We had to wait about 15 minutes (not bad) for a seat, then were seated at the bar facing the bay. The view was terrific! We got our drink orders right away, but it took well over an hour after our orders were taken... More
