We just got back from 10 wonderful days on St. John. We stayed in Coral Bay and dined at Aqua Bistro on the first night of our trip. Went there on our fist night here and it was delicious. I had Tomato and Crab bisque and a NY strip rare, my GF had the chicken picatta and both were outstanding. Now I have to figure out when we are going back! more
We have vacationed for years in Coral Bay, yet have never made it past the bar at Aqua Bistro. This time, dinner was great. I would hate to knock the staff, but its typical wait staff. Our hostess was what made it enjoyable and kept our drinks full! The food was excellent! Priced about like Shipwreck or Island Blues. more

For some reason we waited until our last night to try Aqua Bistro. Big mistake. We would have loved to have dined there more than once! When visiting the Coral Bay side of St. John (USVI), be sure to plan to dine at Aqua Bistro right off the bay on Hwy 107. My husband and I went after our scuba certification class with our instructor, we were hungry and still had paper work to hammer out. How can you beat drinks and dinner with a view of Coral Bay? Aqua Bistro has a terrific menu with great specials. Nice place to hang out at the bar in the afternoon. more
