On this, our second trip to St. John, we checked into our hotel and proceeded directly to Uncle Joe's. It was the one place we remembered from our last trip and were dying to go back to. It did not disappoint. YUM!!!!!! I only wish the corn on the cob side was an ENTIRE ear - it was so good! more

I have been to St. John twice and after we first found this place we had to go back. The food was still amazing and the price can't be beat. For $10 you get chicken or Ribs and two sides. I recommend going here. Top of the line barbecue with great sauce. Ribs and chicken with some sides and the prices are spectacular compared to other places around the island. Also, outdoor eating. It's a good place to go at night. more
This was our best meal on St. John. The chicken dinner was only 10 dollars. I liked the sides and barbeque sauce. Our wait was less than 15 minutes. more

Open-air grill - & don't look for a sanitation rating .... but if you once take home this food, you wont care! We'll soon make our 3rd trip to St John & always eat several times at Uncle Joe's!
