Different conch fritters

The East side of the island has a different feel, so do try to migrate away from Cruz Bay at least once on your trip. This open air bar/restaurant has a fun ambience. We went to try conch fritters and didn't like them at all because they were very similar to hush puppies and served with cocktail... read more

One, if not the best, stop along the route around Coral Bay after snorkeling out at Salt Pond or Lameshur bays.

We stayed in Coral Bay and found Shipwreck Landing on our first night. The food is fantastic. We were hooked on the fish and chips, it was so fresh. We also had the citrus grilled mahi-mahi, the steamed mussels, and tried multiple beverages at Shipwreck. We loved everything and are still talking about how good it was and wishing we... More

We LOVED the food we had at this restaurant. I had the coconut crusted grouper with a wasabi vinaigrette sauce - amazing. Probably some of the best fish I've ever eaten. The waiter was also very kind and quick, which we appreciated. The restaurant has a nice breezy deck area that was perfect for dinner. If we were staying any... More

One of our traditions is to spend a day on St. John snorkeling and having lunch at Shipwreck Landing. This past week they offered a mussels, shrimp and oyster appetizer in a white wine and scallion broth with crusty bread that was wonderful. This is a great place for lunch on Coral Bay. My bride's favorite is their fish and... More

Food was good, and loved the setting, with the wonderful breeze blowing off the water. Server was a little, eh.

This is a must stop for a cold one at the bar - love the bartenders and the trade winds sitting are the bar are wonderful. You can wander and shop for art, t-shirts and local goods all in one spot!

Very tasty, delicious, and beautiful view!! Great service too! We visited with a 1 year old and were delighted that they had a high chair. Not many places seem too.

On our recent visit we had 3 - 4 meals at Shipwreck Landing. We agree on the "best burger" award, big, juicy and flavorful! We have never had a bad meal here and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Standout was ahi tuna salad on toasted flatbread with local spices. They use great spices in many dishes. Shrimp and... Great location for good food, service and ambiance. Sit at the bar or at a table, order a salad or large entrée, stay for 40 minutes or three hours. An institution and rightly so.
