Ate here in July 2014. Not bad at all really, had a pork special with a couple of different sauces. Portion size was reasonable. I would eat here again for sure.

We ate in many places in St. John and this one was comparable. My husband's steak was probably the best one that he had on the island. I had a salmon which I didn't like but that doesn't mean it wasn't well made. I think it was a tarragon cream sauce which just isn't my thing. I ordered flash fried... More

We had dinner at Shipwreck Landing 3 nights during our week visit this year! That kinda tells you how much we enjoy the food here! It has become our family tradition to celebrate my son and husband's birthday here!

Stopped here on a whim after hiking for a quick drink and a small snack. The place was clean with an unbelievable view. One of the best clam and conch chowders my husband ever had. I had the gazpacho. It was chunky and full of flavor. Great service! Saw a few dinners being served and everything looked so fresh and... More

This has always been a favorite of ours but this last trip we were a little dissapointed in the food and the service. One of the oyster appetizer specials was disgusting and the oysters did not even look right on the inside. We didn't say anything to the server because she was not overly friendly and it just wasn't worth... More

We are on St John for our second trip and we visited Shipwreck landing again. Found the experience to be the same both times. Food is good but I think over-priced (go to Miss Lucy's up the street for more interesting cuisine and way better view/seating). The main reason I gave this 3 stars is I find the people who... More

We dined at Shipwreck Landing twice in our first week on the island. This restaurant has excellent food in a very casual setting. We agree with other reviews , that the fish and chips - made with Grouper - are absolutely AMAZING. The homemade Gazpacho (a standard) was fresh and delicious. The Flank Steak, Mussels, Sherry Mushroom Soup (all specials)... More

Shipwreck Landing is a great spot with a view of the bay and nice breezes. Fish taco and conch fritters for lunch were very good. For dinner, the huge ribeye steak was excellent and the blackened chicken was very good. The only good dessert I had on the island was here. It was the caramel coconut cheesecake with chocolate ganache.... More

A fantastic find on a pass by drive. Two stand out items and wonderful service. If you like fish, the Curry Nut Crusted Grouper received race reviews from everyone in the group. The Key Lime Cheesecake was just tangy enough with a fluffy and light cheese filing, buttery Graham cracker crust. Archive was already, polite and fun. Make a trip... More

We ate at Shipwreck twice last week since our cottage was very close by and I remembered those fish and chips. They are still very very scrumptious especially for lunch with the never ending refills of ice tea. The portion is generous; I even shared with my husband who said they were lots tastier than his crab cake. (He should... More
