Great Italian food. Definitely try the diablo sauce, either the pasta dish or the mussels, nice and hot! And my husband got the three cheese manicotti, delicious! I've made four trips to St John and every time I visit Cafe Roma. The food is always fantastic and the portions so large that I usually take the leftovers to go and enjoy them later. it is a bit small but the cramped space just adds to its character. more
