A cracking Christmas lunch, nothing to much trouble for the waiting staff, table and decorations were excellent with crackers, napkins and a present. To start we had melon which was delicious and than turkey which was mouth watering with seasonal vegetables. My partner had duck which was cooked to perfection. Read through some reviews and feel some reviews are misplaced,... More

I have reviewed this hotel restaurant before but I want to do so again as the food is delicious, the portions are very generous and the service is very good.Consequently it puzzles me how quiet it is on a Saturday night.I know the restaurant is very popular sunday lunchtimes so why not Saturday nights? The decor still needs updating but ignore... More

They were well over booked, waited an hour for our table that we booked in advance. There was only 1 high chair available that was being used, so had to have my child on my lap whilst I ate my starters that arrived at the table cold. When I asked for complimentary drinks for the long wait for the table... More

Went to the Tregenna today (March 16th). Bought two small glasses of lemonade at a cost of £3.30 pence . £1.65 each glass. Absolute disgrace!!!! How can they charge those prices for two soft drinks. Would appreciate an answer please Tregenna Hotel.

The desserts are to die for.We had... More

We live locally & have missed having a Sunday Lunch for a while. The food is wholesome, good tasting & plentiful. I love vegetables & there are always a good variety especially greens!!!! The Lamb is beautiful & if your a pudding person - the blueberry pie when in season is fantastic. Compliments to the chef!!

Booked for a Saturday lunchtime, 5 people, but plenty of space available. You could probably turn up on spec. Have been here a few times before and The Tregenna once was a very desireable venue but now starting to look tired. It needs an update and refurbishment badly. The atmosphere feels a little like eating in a retirement home! Menu... More

Great, solid, home cooked food. The decor is old and you will feel like you are in an old folks home....

Of all the local restaurants, this is the one we visit most often. The staff are exceptional - friendly, helpful and efficient - and the food is always of a high standard. There is always a good selection of food, both of dishes that are regularly on the menu and weekly specials. At lunchtimes there is even a small menu... More
