I don't know why others have not written more about Toad and Tart. My wife and I go there every time we come into St. Thomas. It's very easy to spend your entire St. Thomas vacation doing the tourist thing, inclouding fancy restaurants. Do yourself a favor. At least once, so something completely different. Visit the Toad and Tart. Drive up the road past Red Hook to this English pub dropped, most improbably, on the side of the road on a Caribbean island. From the outside,... more
