My husband and I had a snack and a drink here while waiting to meet the captain of our sailboat for the afternoon. Cold beer, a great pina colada, and a huge helping of nachos. Great value for the cost, and a great view into the yacht harbor. Can't go wrong!

Nov 12, 2014: The drinks are cold and icy, and the location can't be beaten when going to or from the cruise dock. The area is clean and well tended. The restrooms are well maintained. The server we had was personable and prompt. We didn't spend much, but enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, under shade, on a hot day when walking... More

Pros are the great view and open air tables overlooking the harbor, but the service and speed are not very good. We asked to take a large table outside and ended up waiting over 30 minutes to get a menu and drink order taken. For the second round, we had to hunt down the waitress. Beers were actually pretty well... More

Good Day, Thank you for the response regarding your less than stellar experience at Fat Turtle. Each guests that enters the restaurant should feel welcomed, be acknowledged, and receive great service. Unfortunately, this was not the case with your table. For that I apologize. However, I will work diligently with the management team to assure we improve service at every... More

We wanted the Yacht Haven area and a casual restaurant...what we got was the area but a casual restaurant that really is a bar and not a great food place. We sat in the open area directly behind the bar and when a fight broke out in the bar, I thought this is not "my casual restaurant" but really a... More

We went on the recommendation of a Marriott staffer. Nothing special. The nachos were fine. I had a chicken Caesar salad which was very filling and tasted great. My wife's fish sandwich was good and the kids had a very nice chicken parmigiana pizza. Service was very attentive. Don't be afraid to order tap water. Most meals on St. Thomas... More

Inexpensive American food. Friendly staff. Fast pleasant service. My wife and I went out for dinner every night during our week long stay on the island. The Fat Turtle was our favorite place by far. Wonderful views of the marina.

Enjoyed a good meal & drinks here while admiring the yachts! They make the Painkiller that seems to be the poison of choice here on St. Thomas.

Easy place to go with high quality moderately priced food, their pizza is great, happy hour Tacos and Wings are the best value on island! - Hint toss your bones from the wings into the water and watch the fish! I live on St Thomas and this is one of my favorite reasonably priced places to go!

Not fancy at all, but we had a great casual dinner. Our kids were getting a little tired of "fancy" meals so one night we came here. Casual, great nachos, salad and awesome pizzas. Nice atmosphere (not crowded when we were there). Easy, with good moderately priced. I would absolutely go back.

Met some friends there for lunch. Shrimp Pesto Pizza was great. Burger was good too. Nice open air restaurant and friendly staff made for an enjoyable outing. Our friends were happy with the Caribbean beer.
