Fat turtle is located right in front of the yacht pier. Open concept restaurant, great view and breeze. The menu has a lot of options, and we tried a lot of different things: from wings to salads and wraps, all good. Prices as everything in st thomas is more expensive then stateside but id consider them on the more economic... More

Don't expect an amazing culinary experience at the Fat Turtle. The food is fine, but its not stand out. The service is a little slow, but heck, they're on island time, I can hardly fault that. The view is amazing! I hardly noticed the service lag because I was enjoying that aspect so much and even though I did notice... More

Happened upon the Fat Turtle - the Calamari was soooo good. Very different with the mango sauce. Burgers are great too. Good view of the harbor. Little pricey, but everything is in STT since Charlie Amalie is a resort town. Close to the cruise ships.

Had a pasta dish for $30 that was average, service was slow and we left to watch football game elsewhere because we couldn't get drinks.

We stopped here for lunch and to kill some time before going out on the turtle cove excursion with Captain Mike on the Fury and loved everything about this small, comfy place.

Nice atmosphere, view and food was pretty good. We only ordered wings and pizza. Wings were good size. Pizza good size as well. I loved the margarita. I'm not a drinker but this I wanted more and more. Pretty good. I for sure would go back.

The view of harbor is fantastic especially at sunset, and if you look over the railing you'll see some tropical fish in the water right next to you. The food was fairly average nothing exciting (had steak) but the drinks were good, server was playful and the view great!

While vacationing in St. Thomas we had a nice meal at the Fat Turtle. It is located very close to the marina near where the cruise ships dock. It is also very close to a lot of shops and on a main walking route. It is a casual place with a varied menu. Typical American fare plus pizza and some... More

We were glad to have found this place. The food was good, prices affordable and we ate right above the water. To our enjoyment we watched the mega yachts setting up and fed fish right from our table.
