We were referred to this place by our hotel and were very disappointed. Service was less than great, the place was filthy, and the food was sub-standard. Maybe we caught it on a bad day but I will not return.

I live on St. Thomas and I had heard great reviews about Petite Pump Room, located on the waterfront, in downtown Charlotte Amalie, (on top of the Ferry building, next to the Seaborne Sea Plane building.) It wasn't until we had a family reunion on St. Thomas that I was able to find out for myself. Sixteen of us showed... More

It was a really hot day at St. Thomas and we stopped in here on our way back from the airport. We had heard that this was a good place to eat at and it had a fantastic view of the bay. PROS: 1. FOOD: We really liked the food. My husband had conch fritters and I had a salad.... More

I am very sorry that you were not served in a timely manner. We try our utmost best to accommodate our customers promptly. Unfortunately, we may have been a little overwhelmed at that time. We hope that you will try us again so that you may have a positive experience at the Pump Room. More

In the past we’ve always been to the Petit Pump Room for breakfast, but this year we were delayed and tried lunch for the first time. We were not disappointed, the selection is not large but the quality is very good. The trip to the ferry dock would not be the same without the PPR.

Wonderful place to grab a bite to eat and a tasty beverage when traveling between USVI and BVI!!!! Conveniently located above the ferry between the islands makes it ideal for travelers! Also, it comes with a superb view of the bay and of the seaplanes flying landing and taking off! Very friendly service!!! We stopped by multiple times for food... More

Just came back from vacation in the islands, The experience was exceptional and one of the reasons for it was the exceptional service and family style love showed to my friends and I by Mike and Judy. If you are looking for great drinks, great food, and a great island environment this IS the place to go in St. Thomas.... More

My group started here once we checked into our hotel. We were so happy with the service, food, and drinks that we came back every day that we were on the island. Mike's Bloody Mary's are truly delicious and have the right spice. We ate there at least 4 times and it was good each time. Not only is the... More

If you are looking for a great place to start a ferry ride to the BVI, go upstairs from the ferry dock, downtown. Cold drinks, warm food and a great view of the cruise ships in the distance, the Pump Room fills the bill.

There is always something good on the menu for a local or a tourist. As a local, I enjoy the opportunity to eat food prepared island style, like sauteed fish, peas, and rice, with my favorite plantains. On the other hand, if you want an American style lunch, they have it and no matter what you choose, the food is... More

Had an hour or two to spend before catching Fast-Ferry to Roadtown. Great, prompt service. Fantastic MahiMahi fish sandwich and first couple of Caribs after the flight to St Thomas.
