Description: Creative Island-Inspired Cuisine. Fresh Local Seafood.COCO BLUE is passionate cuisine. That is how owners Nicole and Eric Horstmeyer describe the cutting-edge creations. The former Manhattanites decided their new home in the Islands could use a few restaurants that would make fellow foodies proud. Along with St. Thomas native co-owner Zack Zoller, they have done just that and then some.COCO BLUE delivers a total night-out package they like to call, "Experiental Dining." The sights, sounds, ambience, aromas, and marina front setting are chic, topped only by some of the most creative dishes on any island. If life is lived in the details, then long live COCO BLUE!“You only live once, but if you dine well, once is all you need.”

This is a nice restaurant, but the location is a little strange. It is upstairs in a shopping center. We sat outside and they placed in the walkway, which was was just odd. The food was very good, but the portions were extremely small and expensive. Their coconut calamari was worth it though. We will be back just for that.

My family and I ventured down to this restaurant after waiting terribly long a few doors down at Pesce and having an unpleasant experience after being seated. This was for my mom's birthday and we were pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. The waitress was nice and the restaurant was comfortable. I... This restaurant will surprise you!!! At American Yacht Harbor-doesn't look like much from the outside, but it is hands down the best food on St. Thomas. Excellent mixologist behind the bar as well!

The food was good but it was expensive. It was very relaxing sitting close to the beach. The waitress was friendly & attentive. Some live entertainment would have made this better. My husband didn't like the fact that tips wasn't include in the over priced food.

We got tasting size dishes of food but paid huge price! 1 ounce of spinach dip w/child size bowl of chips, 1 bottle of Fuji water, & a side dish of steamed broccoli & carrots, $60 bill!!! Are they serious in this place! We left there & had to go find something to eat because we were starving!

We loved our waitress! She was knowledgeable and friendly. The food was delicious. You have to try the owner's favorite sushi roll. I hate that I forget the name but it is "pink" something. The mashed potatoes were also very good! I'm so sorry that I didn't keep more detailed notes on this restaurant but we all got sushi or... More

Our server was very helpful in making some suggestions although the appetizers didn't wow us. We had fish tacos, three tiny tiny tacos, nothing fantastic. We also had a roll with shrimp and tuna which was good. The entrees were one of my favorites. My boyfriend had the Key Lime Sea Bass. The flavors were really balanced, that right strike... More

If you like Havana Blue then you'll like Coco Blue, its sister restaurant. We love HB, but the cab ride from the East End to Morningstar is just too long and too bumpy so we try to stay in the Red Hook area. Food is just as good, but less expensive with more of a focus on seafood. We ate... More

Recently, I ate at Coco Blue for the first time. I was surprised at how elegant the decor was. I was impressed with the menu being placed on the door so that I knew what I wanted before I stepped in. This made the ordering process go quicker. I had the Lemongrass Salmon - yum, yum! It was light and... More

The chef that night was Tim...and boy did he impress us! The crispy snapper is a must have...the freshness was outstanding! Everything we ate was a perfect paring of flavors and textures! The menu had so many nice dishes it was hard to choose, but our server Jenali was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us very comfortable and we... More
