My husband and I spent a couple of afternoons on our last trip (old mgmt). We were delighted. Spent most of one afternoon when rain wouldn't stop. We drank, ate and kept moving out of way of leaks. Best time ever!!! We will be in St Thomas 6 April 2015 along with 10 of our closest friends. We've told them... More

My husband and I went on a Sunday night to listen to a band play. Great service, very good drinks / drink menu and some of the best food on St Thomas. We got the fried chicken sandwich to split, flavor was absolutely amazing. Definitely a must go to place!

Loved this place! Definitely must stop in if they have live music. I definitely recommend you take a taxi to the location. We took the dollar bus to the main road and figured we could walk Vessup Lane. The lane is not well lit and the restaurant had no lights on their sign so we almost missed it. There were... More

We went here on advice of our local condo owner. The live band that was scheduled canceled so it was a stand in. Loud and mediocre. There were several very large parties, like 15 to 25 people each so granted it was very busy! We understand island time, but we sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes, we were served... More

The restaurant is located on the water, albeit with docks. They feed the tarpon so look for big fish near the water's edge. They serve local food but ran out of a lot of food as the night went on so get there early. The live band was good, but started with jazz and then switched to reggae. You can... More

Not the easiest place to find but it is a place where the locals frequent. The food is above average and the specials are often fantastic. The people who work here work on island time and move at a relaxed pace. As such service isn't always the best, but there is usually live food to make up for it.

Latitude 18 was recommended by so many people that we decided to give it a try. I ordered a vegetarian creole/curry wrap and it was just incredible! It wasn't the cleanest place in the world, but the quirky little jazz band made up for it the cobwebs.

Latitude 18 was originally designed as a haven for the hundreds of boat people who sail their boats in an among the Virgin Islands. It is at best a local watering hole. The food is just fare, but the prices would have you think that they have much more to offer. The open air surroundings are aften visited by island... More
