Great Jamaican food and off of the main drag. Suggested by locals. Chicken stew and jerk chicken were tasty. Try the fungi (not mushrooms) and the plantains. Very large portions and reasonable prices for St. Thomas.

This place opened its locked doors and set a table for our family when we appeared ten minutes after closing. Great food, authentic, and good service. On a back street in town, worth looking for.

My finance and I were referred to Trenchtown by a lovely local we met when ring shopping. When she told us that she and her colleagues eat lunch from Trenchtown daily we were sold and knew it was a great place. At the restaurant we were approached by a sweet woman named Lynn who not only made some great recommendations... More

Location: To get there, walk down Main Street starting from the Main Post Office. This is the street where all the stores are selling jewelry. When you get to an intersection, make a right and go down that block. You’ll come to another street; make a left on that street. It’s the only restaurant on that street on the right-hand... More

So. I moved back home and started working downtown in April. At the suggestion of my boss I visited Trenchtown Rock. I think I might've literally cried the first time I had the Mac and cheese. Since then I must eat there at least twice a week and some weeks everyday. I even will have lunch AND dinner there when... More
