With the exception of the tacos, the food was extraordinary. A true island gem. Try the hamburger OR salad OR nachos OR quesadilla OR flatbread pizza--just not the tacos. The tacos are a disappointment in quantity and quality of meat. Tacos aside, the big problem here is the service. The servers are in zero hurry. I mean ZERO. It will...

What more do I need to say? The drinks were expensive, but really outstanding. The food was awesome. Only complaint? Closed at 5pm.
Sails was our go to for lunch due to location on beach, good food and staff (Jackie what a wonderful person). Would of love to have dinner here but only open twice a week with fish being main items. Husband has very bad fish allergy.
Tuesday night is the only night Sails is open for dinner. They serve a fresh catch that comes off a boat docked at the beach at the Ritz-Carlton. I had mahi and this was the best meal I had on the hotel property all week. Fresh and delicious.
For lunch one day I had the fish tacos which the staff...

Go on Tuesday when the chef selects fresh fish off the boat. We went with the yellow snapper, amazingly prepared blackened. A little pricey but worth it for such a fresh dinner.
surley servers -they do not seem to be happy to be working there; why should guests ? had 1 employee tending the bar in the middle of afternoon...
When i asked for a table for 4, they were on a wait list. the kitchen could not take any more orders. We were asked to come back in 20 minutes, which I appreciated. The food was good. We had fish tacos for $30! Our lunch bill for 4 the first day was $156! The kids meals were only $12...

A fresh catch of snapper and grouper were delivered to the Ritz beach at 4pm and prepared at Sails. I have blackened snapper. My husband had fried grouper and our friend had the mojito ceviche. All were very tasty. The local band played during dinner and many families were dancing. It was a fun night.
My wife and I sat 75 feet from the waters edge and enjoyed a delicious lunch. I had a BLT and she had a veggie burger. The Ritz restaurants have absolutely awesome fries that I ate with almost every meal. The atmosphere and service were great although for lunch it was pricey. After all it is a Ritz restaurant.
