Dined at the Cellar last night and it was by far our best dining expereince in St. Thomas so far. Food was wonderful! Start with the Crispy Brie and be sure to order the spinach salad. Fairly new restaurant near the ferry in Red Hook. It's connected to an Italian restaurant but the food is an eclectic mix. I had superb Sea Bass.
