The good food and atmosphere is a nice start to a stay in St thomas The Ritz Carlton is over priced no matter where you are so taken into consideration it is very good

If you go for breakfast, opt for the buffet. You get your moneys's worth. We ate dinner once here, and it was great. A little salty, but the food really was good.

My husband and I ate here our first night since it was on our hotel property, the Ritz Carlton. Very beautiful restaurant inside and had wonderful staff! We ordered grouper and snapper. The grouper was good but the snapper had some of the dark brown skin on it. When this is left on the fish, it has a strong fishy... More

Had breakfast here several times during our visit to St Thomas. Buffet is expensive (35 per adult and around 17 for a child) but extensive. Omelet and egg station, waffles, etc. plus a large selection of breakfast breads, pastries and fresh donuts. Also healthier things like fruit, yogurt, oatmeal. Pretty much anything you could ask for at a breakfast. Also... More

We anticipated a gourmet experience after reading good reviews. We found poor service including a 45 minute wait between appetizers and our entrees. Our waiter realized this after disappearing for a very long time. He offered us a complimentary glass of wine. My snapper was the worst seafood that I had during 8 days of seafood meals. It tasted like... More

I ended up here by accident. But after dinner I realised it was fate. Incredidible lobster mac and cheese. I could not believe that I probably had the best Filet Mignon ever. Great service and desserts. Not cheap but well worth it.

This turned out to be one of our best meals on St. Thomas. We were looking for a good breakfast, and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh, made to order with a wide variety of foods. It was a bit pricey, but worth it. The waitress was unusually attentive for a buffet. We did not find it easy on St.... More

On our last day, we splurged for the $33 breakfast buffet. It was an extensive (and expensive) spread. Sausage is really good. Freshly made omelette as you would expect. Nice view of course!

Pricey but lovely. We dined on the terrace overlooking the bay and pool. There was a private party in the Sails restaurant next the pool with live music so the ambiance was great. Good service and cool lighted menus.

For such a gorgeous place, how can they have such boring overpriced food? I really don't know what else to say.
