Where we live it is hard to find fresh seafood. I had the scallops at Molly's and they were large and succulent. The Painkiller----a local Island favorite---was also very good. Dining is open air----so a wayward iguana joined us all for dinner. Very interesting to watch the critter while we were eating.

The food was poor, the music so loud you could not talk and the service mediocre because she had too many tables.

This is the second time we were at Molly Molone's. We really like the food and the atmosphere. PRO: 1. ATMOSPHERE: It's right on the marina and very pleasant. The decorations are fun. We had a huge iguana sunning on the rail near our table. He was fun to watch. 2. FOOD: GREAT! I had a FANTASTIC Veggie Benedict--made with... More

We had a great time on St. Patrick's day. They were ready for a huge crowd and the food was good and service was great.

Very neat Irish pub right by the marina! I order the one of their meals and it was huge!! I was barely able to finish it! It was very good! I'd say a must see/stop breakfast place! Heads up they stop serving breakfast at 11 am...enjoy!!!

The atmosphere is wonderful and had a nice quaint island feel but the waitress was pretty rude and ignored us fit the most part. She was especially rude to my children ignoring them when they asked questions regarding the menu as if they didn't count. For the price of the food there they should tear you better. Definitely recommend the... More

The food here was reasonably priced but wasn't all that impressive. It's bar food in an outdoor setting. We were seated near the owner who shared his less than rosy views on the native populace and why the island was in disarray.

Standard bar fare at higher prices than it should be. Centrally located in Red Hook near the Ferry. Service was good, but the food was just that, food.

We were afraid that Molly Molone's would have a limited Irish menu, but that was not the case. I ordered the blackened swordfish, which was very good, and my husband had a traditional shepherd's pie, which was 'ok.' Our daughters ordered fish and salad and were pleased with their meals. The service was a little slow but our waitress was... More
