Wonderful open air restaurant is a gem with seating overlooking Bolongo Bay! Fresh seafood with a caribean flair....thier signature Stuffed Curry Lobster dish comes in 3 sizes and is worth the money! Great for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. Can't beat the view. We loved it...and make it a must stop when we are in St. Thomas.

Came her as a spur of the moment idea for a quick bitebUtah turn into the best meal of the trip. The shrimp and crap linguine is amazing and such a huge portion that is was almost more then me and my wife share.

We had a really good time at Mim's. It was pricey but the food was great. The view was perfect. Even sitting inside(because it was raining) the ocean was right at our feet.

I probably would have given them five stars, but they were out of the small lobster, so my daughter had to order one of the medium ones for $79.95. She couldn't finish it, so a lot of the food was wasted. The view was great, as are most views in St. Thomas, and the service was acceptable.

We visited Mim's on the recommendation of our hotel concierge. The seating and view directly along the waterfront was a beautiful and unique setting.
