Description: Mim’s Seaside Bistro is a beautiful oceanfront restaurant in St. Thomas that specializes in fresh seafood dishes. With house specialties including coconut curry lobster, baked stuffed lobster and conch fritters, Mim’s is a little slice of heaven for seafood lovers. We offer everything from king crab legs and fresh fish to chicken wings and creative pasta dishes. Our two large patios are the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner by the ocean, and our location right on the beach at Bolongo Bay gives us access to the best sunset view around. To get your appetite going, choose from our lobster and crab dip, coconut shrimp or calamari appetizers. For the main event, pick from one of our countless seafood dishes like the Grilled Mahi Mahi, King Crab Legs or Breaded Sea Scallops. For those who don’t particularly enjoy fish, we have plenty of non-seafood options to choose from. Try our stuffed artichoke hearts, fried brie, chicken alfredo pasta or one of our juicy steaks. Enjoy the island breeze while sipping a beer or one of our unique cocktails, from the always-popular Caribbean Margarita to the more daring Sex on the Beach in Winter or Beach Bar Bomber. Make sure to save room for our Key Lime Pie or Butterscotch Walnut Bread Pudding.

We go here every time we're in St. Thomas. The view is incredible as well as the menu. Try to go on a Thursday night for the all you can eat peel and eat shrimp

We went to this small seaside restaurant last month with two other couples. We heard about the coconut curry lobster and had to try it. It was fabulous. My only advice is to ask for the market price before you order. It was a lot more than I expected. However, the meal was enough for two to share with a... More

Lovely setting and ambiance so disappointed that on all you can eat shrimp night we weren't asked if we wanted more until we had been sitting for a long time. And no ability to substitute rice for the French fries? very odd. The curry lobster was tasty but not worth the price. The other reviews capture that this spot seems... More

We were told that this is where the locals go when they want to have seafood, but not go broke in the process. My biggest complaint was a lack of options, but that seems to be the case with many restaurants on the island. I wasn't excited about anything on the menu and just picked one and was not very... There was six of us there and out of the whole week that was the best meal. Amazing, from the service, to the drinks, to the dinner itself. We were all very happy with our food. My brother and I got the Ahi Tuna in white and black seseams OMG it was the best tuna we have ever had. It's... More

On the advice of the concierge at our hotel we went to Mim's the first night on St. Thomas and the food was exceptional. Cute little place right on the water. People were friendly and the service was really good. It was good enough that we almost went back a second time during our week there but opted for a... More

First night in St. Thomas. Location off the beat and path. Food was very average and took forever to get. Waitress did not come to table but twice to check on us with empty restaurant. PRICY. Don't waste your money.

Having had so many people at the hotel recommend this restaurant, my boyfriend and I just had to go check it out. WORST DECISION EVER! It was hard to find, but the exact location of th restaurant was decent. First we ordred drinks and a few appetizers. Drinks were so watery, I decided to stick to water. Appetizers were just... More

My husband got the surf and turf and the filet was very flat and skinny, more like a sirloin. I had the stuffed lobster and it was ok, the butter seemed to have added flavor but I couldn't pinpoint it. The lobster was fine but could do without the stuffing. Also, it was pretty expensive. Most things in the USVI... More
