I visited Hook, Line & Sinker on my honeymoon and would recommend it to anyone wishing to have a good local meal while staying in St. Thomas. We heard about the restaurant several times when asking residents for recommendations and couldn't be happier that we decided to try it for our first dinner out of the trip. It was a... More

I feel like I was taken, hook, line and sinker. In a word, lousy, Any drinks containing water had a very strange taste. Drinks were sent back and still had a bad taste from the water. Restaurant did not seem very clean. They let you know you will have to wait a bit for your meal, so when the meal... More

Reportedly they have a daily catch which not every place in St Thomas has, but tuna was overdone, and overall this place is simple to a fault.

This was our second visit to the restaurant in three years. We had heard it had been renovated but this was not the case. Very busy as usual at dinner on a Monday night. We waited over an hour for our food even though diners who arrived after us were served first. Server seemed disinterested at best. Be aware this... More

Happened upon this restaurant while staying overnight in st. Thomas on way to Tortola. What a great find! The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Were seated looking at the harbor on our first visit. Lovely dinner. Came back again a week later on our way back through. They remembered us and fit us in on a very busy night.... More

Had a really delightful evening meal. Good atmosphere, friendly with attentive service. Fish was excellent wth good flavours. Position of restaurant by the waters edge with the boats bobbing up and down with the lights of Charlotte in the background. Overall a good dining experience

Extremely friendly staff, our waitress was great and the food was good and reasonably priced. My husband and I both had fish, mine a sandwich, his a platter, he has allergies... More

the restaurant is located right in red hook which has many restaurants. We were looking for a lighter meal and they had a great selection of fresh seafood. Service was prompt and food was great

Seaside restaurant located in historical Frenchtown next to the Quetel Fish House. Offers a variety of non-native dishes. I went for breakfast and enjoyed the Lobster Omelette along with a Mimosa. At lunch I enjoyed the Fish Soup.
