Happy Hour Visit

This by far was the best food we've had in St. Thomas. We stopped in for happy hour ($5 appetizers and selected wines). We ordered one of everything and it was all out of this world. The service was very friendly and they even recommended some awesome places to visit while we were in town... read more

I went with a large group while in St Thomas. It took almost 3 hours from start to finish which is a little much. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the food was just okay. I had chicken marsala and it was creamy which isn't how it's normally prepared. The salad before the entree was very good because... More

This restaurant was recommended by the owner of the B&B we stayed at in St. Thomas, as well as another couple staying with us too. We were pleasantly surprised that our waitress was from our hometown of St. Louis, MO. Also, she followed a gluten-free diet which was especially helpful for my wife who has celiac disease. The ambiance, menu,... More

A long taxi ride to get there but food was very good. I would rate the Banana Tree over the room with a view.It sits way up on a hill overlooking the town and ships docked downtown. Night time view is the best.

Had a great dinner in St Thomas. The view is surpassed by the excellent cuisine. Lobster Thermador was magnificent.

The owners as well as the restaurant was very nice. The appetizers were very good but small. We had the calamari in red sauce and the crab stuffed mushrooms. There were only 2 mushrooms and the weren't real big. We split the main meal of lobster termidor and filet. They both had good flavor and good quality, but were Luke... More

A group of 8 of us took a taxi up the windy roads to find a very quaint hotel with this restaurant. The waitress gave us good information about appetizers and entrees and made good wine suggestions also. The food was delicious. Whether choosing seafood, chicken or steak, everyone in our group was well satisfied. At the end, we were... More

Being a resident of the island we go to Room with a View semi-often – especially for appetizers at Happy Hour. Everyone on-island knows RWV is one of the best places for a nice dinner but they have a great Happy Hour as well. And if you are fortunate enough to have Steve be your bartender – well, then it’ll... More

We went to this restaurant on our last night on the island for some appetizers. Three of us had the Lobster Bisque, which was excellent. The fried shrimp and Brie almondine were also very tasty. The Calamari and Brushcetti were good, but not the best. The views were truly spectacular, Thanks to the staff for taking the time to get... More

This rustic bar/restaurant sits high on top a hill with a beautiful view of the bay and cruise ships. The Happy Hour is great. All bar food is $5 each as is wine. My wife and I shared 8 different appetizers (total $40) - it was all great and we left quite full. Depending on your appitite and what you... More
