We are a family of 5 and we truely find that most restaurants in St. Thomas are very good but this place is the best. We found this little gem 2 nights before leaving and ate there both nights! The staff is pleasant and helpful. The wine list is good and the food, needless to say, is awesome! Everything on... more

We frequent the island and East End Cafe numerous times a year and the changes to the restaurant over the years has been a joy to watch! I tried the East End Cafe for the first time this year (2008) and was very pleased. From the decor to the menu and the wine list, this is a very nice restaurant. Italian specialties are the order of the day but there are other choices, I had tuna seared rare over risotto which was wonderful. I am looking forward... more

We were in St Thomas in August of 2007. I am not picky at all about where I eat. I must say that the East End Cafe was the worst experience I have ever had. We were two families dining together. Four adults and four kids ages 12-15. Maybe our bad experience was due to a poor waiter, but everything... more
