Hats off to Chef Eva and staff for the best meal EVER. Which is saying a lot because I'm picky. First, all the servers made sure we were taken care of regardless who our personal server was! Second. Our server had just flown in on a 15 hour flight and was courteous and professional. Third, the wind list was great... More

We made our way into Fredriksted before we even checked inot our hotel and stumbled upon this location. We assumed it was good because there were locals there. We were probably slightly under dressed as we had been traveling but it was slow season and they didn't care. The staff let us take our drinks across the street to watch... More

Our server was not very friendly and was upset when we asked for bill to be split because we had four couples. Food was OK not great.

We stopped in for dinner and drinks after a day of diving. The New Zealand mussels are incredible! We shared a few small plates and enjoyed them all. Jameson the bartender (that's right, a bartender named Jameson) is a great guy with good pours. If you're lucky, Justin, the resident author will have a few and apply considerable peer pressure... We booked this place at our hotel, the Renassaince, after finding out that the Beachside Cafe was closed on Tuesdays.(On a side note: Tuesdays are slow days here and many restaurants and taxis are closed) After having our taxi arrive 30 minutes late and it taking about 30 minutes to get there because of how bad the roads were, we... My wife and I went, she had the veggie pasta and I had the chicken dish. My food was a little salty but overall quite tasty as was hers. We also had desert (brownie sundae, a real winner) and a salad that was nothing special. My only issue was the service was a little uneven. Our waitress was great at... More

“Cajun” restaurant on the Strand in Frederickstead. We sat outside on the sidewalk and enjoyed good jazz with our dinner. But the food quality was uneven. My husband enjoyed the spicy jambalaya but I could not eat my seafood because it was seriously over salted.

Music. Nice ambience. Mussels were perfect. Waitress was quite busy that night but very pleasant and professional.

My wife and I ended up here because it was one of the few restaurants in Frederiksted open on a "non cruise ship" evening. We found the atmosphere relaxed and appreciated having a table at the street, to enjoy the night air. There was music playing, but it was not so loud that we couldn't enjoy a quite conversation. The... More

It took us an hour and forty minutes to get our food. It was only for of us. Two of us ordered pasta which tasted terrible. The sauce was watery just terrible. I myself had the ribeye which came out cold and had no taste. The fish tasted like something from a wedding reception. Our waitress left dirty dishes on... More
