We heard about Rowdy Joe's from a couple who had been there several times. We had to try it after they raved about the deep fried edamame--they called it addictive. We stopped mid-afternoon to check out the menu & have a drink. Our very pleasant bartender told us about the place while we snacked on the edamame--which totally lived up... More

this is a casual neighborhood gathering place on the North shore of St. Croix...I usually go for lunch in combination with a visit to the beach at Cane Bay. But dinner is good here too and they often have live music on weekends. the Edamame are wonderful...tempuraed and sauced up nicely....and they do a good fish taco....

The food is really great and the service is also. They have daily specials and music on most weekends. Great for lunch after a dive.

Stumbled across this place right along the road and we are so glad we did. We sat in their outdoor patio lit with small Christmas lights. Our waiter was so friendly that when we were done eating he sat with us and we talked for 20 minutes. My daughter had prosciutto stuffed chicken parmesan with pesto pasta which she says... More

this place is great! Ate here three times on our one week vacation. Fish tacos, tuna, mac n' cheese, fried edamame, bread pudding - all out of this world. Really casual and laid back, great staff, made for a great time. Would have eaten here every day if we didn't feel obligated to try a few other spots.

What seems like a hole-in-the-wall bar, serves the best sea food soup I have ever eaten! Lumps of fresh fish, all in a tasty broth. The lamb empanadas were also very yummy.

My go-to food is nearly always the fish tacos (unless I'm in the midwest!). So, tired from my awesome horseback ride with Equus, I went for the comfort-food fish tacos here. They are, without a doubt, the best ever!

Rowdy Joe's was the first place we ate on the island and it set the bar for our meals! Wonderful service, great food and the ice cream was out of this world!

Got several recommendations to eat at Rowdy Joe's during our visit to St Croix. They did not disappoint. Great eclectic menu with delicious sides. Fish tacos are a must. The Asian beef salad was also great. Low key and relaxed atmosphere a must eat on the North Shore. Don't forget to check out the wall of Joes.

Freshest, tastiest, dinner year after year. It is my favorite place to eat whever I visit the island. Make sure to park before the entrance . Not after in the neighbors yard lol Watch the beautiful bats fly through the trees while waiting for your food to arrive. Sometimes they have a super band and singer as well.
