LOVE the food and atmostphere!

We visited THREE times while we were in St. Croix for a total of 11 days. We just kept going back to try other dishes because they were so good. Originally authentic recipes. The owner, Peter is always there and he's great to get to know! All of the staff are friendly and make great recommendations... read more

Waitstaff was friendly, but food was mediocre. My husband had the lamb gyro special, which was not good. I had the Greek salad which was ok. Best part of the meal was the home made ice cream. Be warned---bring cash. They have a 24% surcharge if you pay with a credit card!

I'm sorry you didn't care for my authentic Greek cuisine. However you are mistaken on the credit card fee. The fee for using a credit card is 4%. This guideline was set by the U S supreme court in a decision in April 2012. I choose to add the fee (as is clearly posted on my menu) in order to... More

Go on a Saturday for $5 gyros! Cheap and delicious! The Greek salad is awesome too. To top it all off, they have homemade ice cream!

Food was fantastic and the service made us feel like old friends immediately. We chose the gyros and the Kabobs and loved every bite. It's right by the road, so atmosphere is a bit tough, but the live music was fantastic and we would have stayed all night, but despite the emergency big spray we couldn't fight the bites and... Gyro night is the best... it's hard to beat a delicious $5 gyro. But our waitress was slow and seemed to be a generally angry woman. As we sat waiting for our check, she decided to take a smoke break at a neighboring table. Great food, tho!

We had a great meal here. Very casual with nice selection of food. Lamb was excellent as was the vegetarian moussaka. The baklava ice cream is worth a visit or more if you can.

We stayed at Carambola which is on the North end of the island. Our first visit to Pickled Greek was after our Buck Island trip which was near Pickled Greek. For our second trip we drove the 45 minutes from Carambola. We love Greek food, especially gyros and we were very happy with the quality and service. We tried two... More

Fun atmosphere. Authentic Greek food. We had the kalamari and melon with feta. Both appetizers were great. Next we had the lamb and Mahi Mahi (fish so nice they named it twice). Both great choices. We will be back on Friday for their live music and Saturday for their Gyro special. You'll love it
