My family of 6 including a 1 yo and a 3 yo ate here one evening while in Christiansted. Locals were eating the gumbo. Tom the owner / maître d' seated us and made us feel comfortable even with my two fidgitting grandsons. Place was clean, architecturally interesting, bathrooms were good (my 3 yo grandson pees a lot so we... More

As soon as you walk in, you'll notice a lot of LOCALS eating here, which is always a good sight. Tom, the owner, seems to personally know almost all his patrons. I recommend highly.

I love the scene inside the restaurant. Tom is a gracious host and is an expert at keeping our tea refilled while we take a lunch break from work. One of the best values downtown Christiansted.

But the food was good and you can use your AARP card! I would go here again, but not if I was in a rush.

I'm sorry that you thought service was slow. I'm thinking you came for lunch. This summer we lost our lunch cook of 17 years and have had a few substitute cooks for lunch. It was a very rocky time until we found someone who was both good and reasonably fast. I think we have solved the problem and would like... More

We had the pleasure of enjoying lunch and dinner at Paradise Café during our wonderful trip to St. Croix last week. The restaurant is located in a quaint building which is hundreds of years old, close to all of the shopping and sights of downtown Christiansted. The food was delicious, the atmosphere wonderful, the prices reasonable, and we thoroughly enjoyed... More

Paradise Cafe is my favorite lunch spot in St Croix! FRESH AND DELICIOUS FOOD WITH DAILY SPECIALS! Saturday should not be missed with corned beef and cabbage. Could it get any better? Styled after an old english tavern, with authentic St CROIX archetecture, this place will surely steal your heart!

Went there is a group of 6 and we sat at the table built in to the wall. Worked well for us and we had a very good meal that was reasonably priced. One dish we didn't care for and the gentleman waiting on our table took it back and did not charge us for it...no hassle whatsoever. Will eat... More

We were in Christiansted, St. Croix on vacation when we stumbled upon this cafe. It looked very quaint, so we decided to eat lunch there. Everything on the menu looked good and our orders were excellently prepared. I am recommending this cafe to anyone who wants a excellent meal in Christiansted.

We happened upon this cozy, little spot off the boardwalk. Loved the intimate feel of the small interior and we were seated in a booth by the chefs. Try the creole jambalaya.....sausage was very spicy and the shrimp cooked to perfection!
