My boyfriend and I came to this barely noticeable restaurant near the Christiansted harbor after craving some real Virgin Island food and seeing a few but all excellent reviews on Yelp. Kim's exceeded our expectations and countered the mainland American menus of the surrounding places on the boardwalk. Kim's menu is shared orally based on what they cooked (or could... More

My wife and I dined here around 8:30 on Monday night, 2/4/13. It's hard to find anything open "late", especially Monday-Wednesday, except for the boardwalk bars, so it was nice to have this option. There was only one table of three in the restaurant when we arrived. Our server was very nice. I took her recommendation on the stewed goat... More

This island knows how to prepare their proteins, and Kim's is no exception. One of the best places to sample the local taste and one of the better priced options. The sides are sometimes blander than preferred, but interesting options abound.

What a great little spot...there wasn't much of a breeze so it was a little warm but the food and service more than made up for the heat... The menu is written on a sidewalk chalkboard and probably changes daily. In addition to our meals, BBQ chicken or curry chicken with spicy rice and a tossed green salad, we were... More

Erica is the beautiful, charming hostess at Kim's and she will help you choose from the overwhelmingly delicious choices offered at this restaurant. The first night I had the Conch, a dish I'd only heard about but never had. It was great. There were four of us and two had seafood and one had the oxtails. I was also introduced... More

Our family of four enjoyed a good meal, as we sat in this tiny restaurant, perched overlooking the main, one way drag into town, King Street. Both the service (try 2 hours for the entire meal) and the food let us know we were in the Caribbean. I had the jerk chicken special, which had great flavor and spicy heat,... More

We heard about this restaurant from another tourist but when we arrived at Harvey's after they closed, we were told to go to Kim's. The food was awesome, several options on the daily specials, prices were very good. It's a small restaurant, a sweet older lady waited on us. No AC but the windows were open to the refreshing island... More

On the way to St. Croix, I met some friendly folks who lived on the island. I asked them to recommend a place that served good local food. They all recommended Kim's. It's a small place, maybe 5 or 6 tables and a bar, not much light, no AC (most places on the island don't have AC for us spoiled... More

We love to try the local foods when traveling. The conch in butter sauce was delicious. My husband tried the "pot fish" and was pleased with its great taste, too.
