If you go hungry, you'll be starved by the time the food comes, but portions were big and flavor was great! Been to the island in 2010 and 2014 and Kim's is always the first stop!

Authentic and yummy. We enjoyed the various spicy and hot food. I remember a chicken dish was exceptional

We were in between traditional lunch and dinner hours, i.e., 3:00 or so. When we asked some folks where to get some authentic local stuff, they suggested Harvey's, about a block away. Harvey's had been hit hard with a lunch rush, so they closed early, and suggested we try Kim's. There was a sandwich board on the sidewalk, showing today's... More

My best friend is vegan. I called ahead to notify Kim. She prepared a Jerk tofu dish that was Super Delicious. Upon arrival we were seated right away. We opted for the back yard, which was cooler and provided a tropical ambiance. I tried the snapper which was AMAZING!! Overall great CRUZIAN FOOD!!

We are at Kim's for dinner June 23. We love local Caribbean cuisine and were not disappointed. Curried conch was tender and delicious. Salad decent, seasoned rice was very good. Inexpensive. Friendly waitress, atmosphere like sitting in Auntie's kitchen. If you don't want to get dressed up and want to enjoy genuine local cooking, come here.

Where to start? Curried conch, curried goat, Creole snapper? All great! Killer seasoned rice, too! The location doesn't have much going for it, but we just grabbed it to go and ate back at our rented villa. While waiting for the food, we had rum punches. Make sure to only have one - they're strong and you have to remember... More

We asked our cab driver where was a good place to eat where we could have local food and were told that Harvey's and Kim's were good places to eat. We headed to Harvey's but they closed at 3 pm... and it was 2:57pm when we arrived. We asked where else we could go at that time and we were... More

We arrived for lunch about 12:00 and had to wait about an hour to get our food. We were prepared for the wait, but were very hungry by the time the food. Interesting menu items and we were not disappointed with the food quality.

A very simple and cute place to have a meal. Prices are cheaper than most of the restaurants on the island. Good authentic local flavor, an all around solid choice.
