First off, if you are reading this review, call and make yourself a reservation now. You do not want to miss this place. We were running a little slow from being in the sun all day and napping. We called at 8:00pm to see how late they were open. They told us the last order needed to be in by... More

We went for our anniversary dinner and it was perfect start to finish! They seated us out on the grotto next to the ocean, so intimate and romantic. We shared everything and started with the duck rillette and slowly made our way through to the lobster ravioli , the super fresh tuna just ever so lightly seared, the steak frittes... More

Everything was delicious!! My waitress was amazing!! She was knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to my needs. The view from my table at sunset was spectacular. I indulged in the chowder, salad, and seafood catch of the day. The chef has a special talent. I recommended this place to all my travel buddies. What was even better? It was only 5-10... More

The view was amazing, and the lobster was fantastic. The chef pulled it out of a cage sitting in the ocean minutes before it was served to us at the table. I highly recommend The Waves!

This restaurant is fabulous! I don't usually do hotel restaurants, but I could tell from the reviews I was in for a treat. Brendan did not disappoint. He is an excellent chef, and so polite and solicitous. Chris is very friendly and a great server. We stayed at the hotel and loved it. While we were there the fishermen on... More

After being up since 4 am to fly to St Croix, our friend Jimmy insisted we go out to eat here. Tired as my husband & I were, we agreed and were more than pleasantly surprised. Not our first trip to St Croix (nor last) and we will come here again and again and again I was given the honor... More

Our waiter Kris was very professional, explained the specials and how to choose the fresh Lobster. ( He also does lawns if you need help) my hubby had the calamari and I the local salad, both were fantastic! Hubby had the fresh Lobster for dinner, said it was the sweetest, best Lobster ever! I had lobster pasta, was good. Best... More

This restaurant is definitely seaside. Nothing better then sitting and enjoying the sound of the ocean waves. Yu can pick your own lobster out of a pool at the lower level of the restaurant. The seafood chowder was to die for. This is a must if you are traveling to St Croix.

Top quality food and service. This restaurant deserves a top rating. The views and location of the dinning room add to the ambiance of this restaurant. I can't say enough about the quality of the food, presentation and service. You can't go wrong with an evening at The Waves at Cane Bay. Not inexpensive but well worth the price. You... More
