We read other Trip Advisor reviews before our vacation and wanted to taste for ourselves. The price was very good for quality and quantity of food! Unfortunately they were out of the seasoned rice by the latter part of the afternoon but the white rice and beans were delicious with our chicken and ribs. It's a local favorite.

This was our last meal on the island, and it felt just right. Value was incredible: we got lunch for 4 for under $30. There were 2 women selling homemade desserts in the parking lot, so I hope that is true for you when you go there. Try the guava tarts! This reminds me of every Caribbean island where I've... More

The combo came with a juicy, deliciously roasted 1/2 chicken, and a small side of baby back spareribs. This place lives up to the hype. The nonstop traffic of locals (I presume, since they were wearing office attire), is a sign of how good the food is. It's open air under a canopy, with a bar area on one side.... More

This place is packed morning, noon, and night, and now that I have been there I know why. They have approximately 60 fresh chickens roasting at any given time, that is how much they sell. Locals and tourists alike flock to this place and it's worth it. Find ti and eat there if it is one of the only things... More

We never miss lunch here. Delicious and very reasonable prices. Yes, it is mostly locals, but it is clean and very fast. Everyone is friendly. Can be a little confusing. Just get in line at the left window and order. They call your number when it is ready. It is not a fancy place at all and doesn't look like... More

If you want to enjoy an authentic Island Meal for a great price this is your place. The food is TREMENDOUS and at a very fair price. We enjoyed the half chicken and the ribs and the different sides they offer. Fun authentic place not your chain restaraunt. Try the seasoned rice as a side. Will make this a must... More

We picked up takeout on our last night. It was good! They were out of a lot because we got there 15 minutes before they closed. The chicken and rice and beans were great. The fried plantains were cold and hard, one of my favorites and we didn't eat them. We would definitely recommend eating here it's inexpensive and delicious,... More

A great place to get great food and experience the local culture! The chicken is fantastic, and you must try "stuffing", a potato based, little bit spicy delicacy unlike any stuffing you've likely had before. Casual environment, great prices and friendly people. Two could easily eat dinner for under $25.

This place is great for local food. No tourist prices here. My wife and I were able to split a dish 1/2 chicken & 1/2 rack of ribs for only $15 came with rice and salad. Kids had chicken wings that were very good to. Highly recommend if you want chicken and ribs one night. Everyone was very friendly there.
