When in St. Croix my wife and I always stop at No Bones Cafe. We are from Chicago and when we walk in we feel like we have gone home and are sitting at a neighborhood bar. Many locals visit this place and a fun time is always had. For the men who crave football while away from home, No... more

I'm Tamas janda. I built No bones In the 90s. I'm happy that 7 yrs. after I sold it is still is open with most of the original staff. However not knowing how the decor has changed, I find it hard to believe it is a hole in the wall. It had an eclectic atmosphere.I know that the old regulars... more

The No Bones Cafe is notoriously hard to find, but it's worth the hunt. It is located in an unnamed alley immediately behind the Schooner Bay Market and Sharkey's Bar, next door to a pharmacy. The food is excellent for lunch or dinner. Sandwiches, crab cakes, fish & chips, prime rib on Wednesdays. The staff is very friendly and the owner Chuck is a great guy. Also you can bet on the horse races there in the bar. more

It is off the beaten track but should be a destination when visiting STX. The food is just downright delicious and the service is always great. Do I choose one the daily specials or a menu item? Always a difficult decision but the result is always the same - great food! I had the crabcake appetizer yesterday for the first... more

This place is a hole-in-the-wall but the food is excellent. My husband loves prime rib and he says it's one of the best here. It's served on Wednesday and you MUST make a reservation as they only prepare a limited amount. The place is really small and it's located in an odd place but worth the visit. more
