Sailing Paradise may be a good restaurant for 2-4 people, but they didn’t seem to be able to handle a large group. Our family of 6 adults and 5 kids tried it for lunch in April 2014. It’s on the same road as Da Conch Shack—a little farther beyond—and the large sign out in front says “The Patty Place,” with... More

Ate here for lunch and my husband and I were the only two there. He loved his chicken sandwich and the waitress was friendly but a little hard to understand.

So impressed by the first visit a year ago we went back last month. Maybe it was the time of day, different cook, etc., but something was just different. Didn't quite wow us like last time but the ambiance and view are the best on the island. Will give it another go this summer to see if things have changed.

No doubt the best value on the island! The new location is in a spot that may be difficult to find, but not if you use the free transportation Jerkey's offers. Their lobster dinner for $25 cannot be beat and the grilled fish is excellent too. The staff is very personable and friendly. It's definitely worth trying.

We have reviewed this restaurant under the title jerky's restaurant but because it is an excellent restaurant we are rewriting the review. Despite being a roadside restaurant the home-styled food delivers a great bang for the buck. for fifty dollars two can gave food and drinks. We returned twice to this restaurants for lunch as we would rank it amongst... More

It's now called Jerky's and it's in Grace Bay. The owners are great people and the food is some of the best we had in our week long stay in Provo. The conch fritters and coconut shrimp are out of this world, and prices were very reasonable. They even pick you up from your resort. Head straight to Jerk's for a... More

We had been anticipating a visit to Da Conch Shack and asked our hotel clerk for a transportation suggestion. Apparently the locals run a very unoffical and illegal jitney service. When walking down the street you wil often hear car horns beeping. That is the jitney asking if you need a ride. If you choose to take this option you... More

We were debating between Sailing Paradise and da Conch Shack and picked SP because they picked us up. We had the cracked conch and the seafood platter, and both were amazing. Perfectly prepared, artery clogging goodness. The setting was fun and it was great to be at place with both locals and tourists. Very reasonably priced for Provo, too!
