I wasn't expecting to find good Indian food on our trip to Providenciales, but I was pleasantly surprised by Garam Masala. Having some of the best Indian food in the world within a few minutes drive of me, as well as having enjoyed the different qualities and flavors of what you get in India versus the US versus the UK,... We ordered the butter garlic naan, chicken kadai and kerala curry. I am from India and know authentic food. This one made the cut and beyond. Great food with great service.

The food here was amazing, and the service, despite it being low season, was also fantastic. If you enjoy authentic Indian food I would highly recommend this restaurant! On a side note, I am vegan and my boyfriend is not so this was also a perfect place for us. He enjoyed his curried short ribs while I dug into my... More

We were craving Indian one night and this was the only option. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't that good. But, it will work if you are in a pinch and craving Indian. I have had worse, so the fact that an Indian family operates this franchise makes it ok. I think they have to tone the food down due... More

It's not very often that you sit back after an Indian and think, when you have ever tasted a better Indian meal? I found myself doing this after we visited Garam Masala recently and can honestly say that it has to rate among the top Indian meals that I have ever tasted. Coming from the UK, where there is an... My husband and I had dinner here on one of our first nights of our honeymoon. We didn't want anything super fancy but knew that we definitely wanted a satisfying meal to end our long day of water activities. Garam Masala had just the kind of ambiance, food, and service we were looking for. The spiced fish that I ordered... More

Fancying Indian food (something we have often in England) & hearing good things, we visited Garam Masala. The place was nice inside & staff welcoming however the food was ok, the Korma didn't taste very much like Korma but Butter curry. The chicken rather chewy & gristly. The nan & rice was good but for the price (over $200 for... More

I am so glad that previous Trip Advisor reviews about this being a great place were true. It is such a well designed restaurant. The Manager Ashley is such a nice guy. We loved the flavors of the food and honestly could not resist going back a second time so we returned a second time before we left. Their food... More

We had a craving for India food and this was the only place to go. The vindaloo was not very spicy and other dishes were ok but uninspired.

Simply one of the best Indian cuisine we have sampled. The owner was very accommodating, the service was great and the food was TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend this place if you like Indian food or just want a break from caribbean cooking. I had the prawns in curry sauce and it couldn't have been prepared or seasoned any better.
