Meal okay but not memorable

We enjoyed this restaurant, but we found it overpriced for what it is. The setting is very pleasant, and the staff tries to be helpful and attentive, with varying results. The food is good enough, but not memorable. To be honest, as I write this review, I cannot remember what I ate! We were... read more

This is the first place we went upon arrival. The guys at the bar are all awesome! O'Neil, Mario, Herby, Berthany and the rest 😎. The funniest and most cordial guy was our bellhop Keno!! He rocked.... Food was very good and large portions. Ate here for all different meals and always pleased with everything!

A nice atmosphere around the pool at the Royal West Indies complete with live music (Sunday). This venue is fairly average, although still good because average at T&C is above average. We came for the fish fry and had just missed happy hour. The drinks here were smaller than any other restaurant we had visited in our stay and potency... More

The food was good the drinks better and the staff very friendly. The bar is outdoors by one of the pools so you can relax with a drink poolside

The food at Pelican Bay is great! I was worried that my 10 year old would not have good choices but she absolutely loved the food. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Derek was the best! He told me about activities that I should do and places I should go with my child and he even let my child... More

Had a blast at this place. Food was good but ambiance was better. Had lunch then wound up going for happy hour...it's 2 for 1 every day from 5pm to 7pm. Staff was great.

My wife and I stayed at the Royal West Indies for 4 nights. Pelican Bay was a solid dining/bar option to have just 150 ft from our room. We had dinner there on a Sunday night for their Jerk Fest. One of the specials which was part of that was a family style portion of curry fish, fried conch, jerk... More

Good food, good service but on island time. They make an effort to light things up at night and provide music

Once we locked in our accommodations at The Royal West Indies Resort, I started reading the great reviews for the Pelican Bay Restaurant &Bar. I emailed Myla and let her know we would be arriving on my husband's Birthday and what were my options as far as having a cake for him. Most restaurants provide a slice of cake with... More

Ate lunch here as we arrived and waited for our room to be ready for check-in. We got charged for one glass of tap water ($3) and the Turks lager was $6.50 instead of the advertised $5 - cocktails were $9 each instead of $10 so that was nice. But as I looked intently at the check, the bartender snatched... More
