A nice place to relax after a busy day!

this a great place to have a nice relaxing dinner after arriving or after a busy day out. Derek has been taking care of us for three years and makes sure we get only the best service. they have a nice bar and the wine selection is good even for a picky red wine guy like me.

We went to the Wednesday evening Lobster Buffet Feast four times and found it to be Excellent each time. The restaurant advertises the buffet to be unlimited and that is exactly how the Chef (Peter) and his staff handled it. You could have unlimited selections of lobster tail, jerk chicken, fish, and/or steak for the entry items with numerous spices... More

Royal west indies has so much potential and is wasting their time and energy with pelican bay. They need a mango reef again. Their food is consistent and delicious. Please improve your restaurant by bringing in a new menu, new chef and better quality of food. You will see great improvement in your hotel sales and guests will stay and... More

We normally only had breakfast here and it was excellent. We had their lobster supper and it also was good.

While it's definitely a "hotel bar," Pelican Bay has a pretty relaxed vibe, decent food, good drinks and good service/staff.

I think I ate there almost every single day, sometimes two meals a day. A great variety of menu choices for every meal or even just snack time. Bar or restaurant to choose from if you want more dinning or casual atmosphere. Indoor/outdoor. Close to the beach. Reasonable price. The staff are high energy and like family. They can take... The food is very good and the bar has happy hour every day from 5 - 7 with 1/2 price drinks. It is a friendly bar and not al all pretentious. Check out the various daily restaurant themes (there is Lobster on Wednesdays, an a Jerk menu one day and seafood buffet one day).

We asked a few people for a restaurant we could walk to that was local Caribbean food and was one of their favorites and this place came up a couple of times. When we got there it was at a hotel which we weren't really looking to be eating at, but since it was recommended we stayed and were glad... More

I very much enjoyed the wide wine selection they got to offer to their guests! Let's not forget their seafood dishes.. Just amazing :-)

First I must say there was actually nothing much wrong with the food (which I guess is the main thing!) the blackened Mahi Mahi, was really nice in itself but the accompaniments were pretty dull, the lemon rice had no taste whatsoever, everyone else on our table seemed pretty satisfied with their meals overall. Sometimes I think you just don't... More
