This is my second time visiting Provo and both times we stayed at Regent Palms where we indulged in the amazing food at Parallel 23. Our reviews are mixed. My husband had his best meal of the whole trip here, the grouper dish. Service was good and its just gorgeous sitting out on the terrace. I ordered a conch appetizer and chicken dish and both were not very good. I would try it again but perhaps order something else. more
