We had a surprisingly pleasant dinner at Simba. The restaurant, itself, looked more like a pool-side clubhouse that was converted to a dining space. However, the food was excellent. Also, it's kind of hard to find as they are no signs for the restaurant. It's in the Turks and Caicos Club resort. more

Stayed at West Bay Club in January 09. On our first night we wanted one thing--grilled lobster. We dined at several of the finest restaurants in Grace Bay, but we found that Simba was the best. The food was fresh, delicious and interesting, the atmosphere was romantic, the service was top notch and the pace was just right.
