The food was very good and we loved the ambiance and service. We especially liked the spare rib appetizer, the lobster thermidor, and apple pie dessert for two. This was my favorite meal during this vacation and will definitely go back when we return to T & C next winter.

A wonderfully cozy, classy and welcoming environment. My husband and I both ordered the lobster, that turned out to be the absolute largest of our trip that week. We were well taken care of by our lovely Coyoba Concierge, Lizzie. Look forward to going back.

Coyaba is a very good restaurant, the menu and daily specials will not disappoint. Service was efficient and unobtrusive. The wine selection is adequate. I had a whole blackened Yellowtail grouper , excellent taste and presentation. Pricey but to be expected in the TCI. The setting, outside was spacious.

We ate out every day for lunch and dinner. Coyaba came highly recommended and we were really looking forward to dinner there. My wife enjoyed her dinner, but my order of blackened mahi mahi was over cooked and dry. Not a good experience at the prices charged.

This was a return visit after our first time last winter vacation. This was the meal I was most looking forward to and it did not disappoint. The food here is some of the best I have had anywhere including NYC where we live. Excellent service, wine and food. The only reason we did not give it the highest rating... More

I had the most delicious Mahi Mahi ever, and my husband had the black angus...amazing! Our desert, banana in a deep fried pastry, was so sinful, it should not be allowed! The service was above excellent, as well as the food...kudos to the chef! The lighting and multiple dining nook areas, exude romance.

We loved the food and ambiance at Coyaba. The Lobster Thermidor was amazing with it's sherry cream and cheese sauce. The wait staff very attentive and atmosphere delightful. As with most restaurants on the island meals are pricey. Expect to pay $150.00 per couple. Be advised restaurants typically add gratuities from 4 to 10%. This is to cover Gratuities from... More

We have dining here twice in the past week. What a great dining experience! The restaurant is beautiful- the ambiance is perfect. The food was prepared perfectly and deliver promptly. The Osso bucco tortellini is to die for. I would highly recommend!

We had dinner at Coyaba last month and it was a great experience. We loved the atmosphere. We were seated outside, which had a lot of greenery and sparkling white lights. The wine list had plenty of selections. We ordered the Gnocchi Gorgonzola for our appetizer and it was literally one of the best appetizers my husband and I have... More
