Another dining experience outdoors at night, so go a little later than usual. Service was impeccable for us, took care of us, constantly refilling our water glasses (bottled water only, flat or fizzy) and visiting with us. We split an arugula salad, and then each had an entrée...we were so full no room for dessert. The food was perfectly seasoned,... More

I have been going to Coyaba for more than 10 years and it is as good (if not better) than it has always been. It was delightful to see my friends, Chef Paul and his wife, Karen again. I can't wy to be back.

I'll start out by saying that I am not a foodie. So hearing that this restaurant was award winning and oh so fantastic did nothing for me. Honestly, I almost tried to cancel our reservation and opt to stay in our condo and have a sandwich. Thank GOD I didn't do that...our meal was so good I'll be thinking about... More

We ate at all the "popular" restaurants, Seven, Coco Bistro, etc but this was the best in my opinion. We ordered so many different dishes, I feel like I had them all. I can't even pick a favorite, everything was amazing. The apple pie was the best dessert I think I have ever had, and I am a pastry connoisseur

My husband took me to Coyaba for my birthday. It was a great experience. The food was great, the ambiance was second to none. I was impressed as I have travel a lot and dine many places. I rate dinning experiences very high. The staff was very attentive to our needs and we had samples before each course. The waiter... More

We celebrated our first anniversary at Coyaba and we were very impressed. The setting is beautiful and romantic. The appetizer specials were amazing and the jerk chicken and mahi mahi special were very flavourful. It was an excellent, large piece of fish and the chicken was very tasty. It is on the pricier side, but the food was very good... More

Coyaba is a fine culinary dining experience on the island. The service is attentive and prompt. The dining atmosphere is very nice. After placing our orders, a sample of gazpacho arrived as a welcoming opener. A sorbet between courses was also an additional touch. The cuisine is a fusion of Caribbean and Asian. The food is aesthetically plated in just... More

This was one the few restaurants that did not have a view. In fact because of this it was quite warm during our meal, I prefer to be outside enjoying the sunset or a cool ocean breeze. That said the dinner was quite enjoyable. This restaurant has an excellent menu and wine list and the service was very good. Definitely... More

Limited menu with very little seafood; trying to replicate a mainland restaurant (Beef Wellington and Pasta Carbonara in July?). My Jerk Chicken had zero seasoning; was simply baked chicken. Nice staff and location. Could be a lot better.

This is one of the nicer restaurants on the island of Provo. You'll pay more, but it's only steps from Grace Bay Club and the food is very good. It's a romantic place. I've had the Beef Wellington, and it is excellent!
