I think it's a regular restaurant, they have good food and it is on the beach. The staff is very friendly. Too bad that there really is a lot of confusion because it is very close to the pier where do the cruises. We did not like the Mojito but the rest was ok.

If you want to get away from the thousands of people packed into the cruise shoreline, just take a walk. A pleasant walk about 200 yards down the beach will lead you to Jack's. Easy place to grab a beer at the beachfront bar. Nowhere near the crowds like you'd experience at Margaritaville or the main beach. Our kids (7... More

Follow your nose to Jack's Shack. Weather you choose to walk down the beach or up de road, just follow your nose for the spicy, smoky jerk chicken, done fresh. Sit back, relax, have a shot and a cold beer.

Jack's shack had amazing jerk chicken and the drinks were excellent. Go here if you want to avoid the crowds off the cruise ships!

We were recommended this by a local and so glad we walked in the rain to get here. I did a complete write up on my blog wersojourners.wordpress.com But it's a dicey place the food was so fresh though! It's only open when the ships come Into port. The portions are very generous and the people very nice. Why spend... More

The jerk chicken was incredible but the service was massively slow. I would eat there again because we were not in a really big hurry and I liked that they had wifi.

I had an awesome time at Jack's Shack. I took a left when I came off the boat and took a short walk down the beach. I was met by the head dog, a poodle named Topher he led us the rest of the way to Jacks. There were loungers, beautiful water the best jerk chicken I have ever had... More

On a previous cruise to Grand Turk we hung out at Jimmy Buffet's place and had a great time but this time we were told about some fellow cruisers about Jack's Shack. Since we had a little toddler we took a cab ride but it is within easy walking distance from the cruise dock - just walk down the beach... More

My wife and I have been to Grand Turk several times on cruises and never have seemed to escape from Margaritaville. Not this trip. We made a bee line to Jack's Shack. What a day it was... The dogs were a hoot and so very freindly. Water pristine and sandy beach bottom. Great prices and food was fantastic. We had... More

Just a short walk on the beach and the best, real Caribbean cracked conch, you will find anywhere on any of the islands. As you walk up to the place you can hear the cook hammering the daylights out of the conch to tenderize it before they bread it and fry it. This is one of those places that if... More
