I gotta give this place serious props. We ate there on a Wednesday night which was BBQ night. They put out a buffet of salads and what not-all very tasty! Then you pick a meat/fish off the menu and they bbq it up outside for you. We had the tuna which was very good, and the ribs/chicken which was out... More

We stayed at the Osprey and had no issues with long wait times for food at the Bird Cage. The bar itself was quaint and relaxing, with some tasty rum punches. The dinners we had were delicious...crispy duck, BBQ (ribs and chicken), and sweet and sour grouper (my favorite).

We ate at their BBQ a couple of nights, it was good, not outstanding, and probably a little overpriced. I'm not sure any of their menu items are local (even the fish and the lobster), which may account for the higher prices. The sides were quite boring, but not terrible by any means. The rum punch, however, was delicious. We... More

We went for BBQ night on Sunday. The food was decent, prices on the slightly high side, and the buffet of sides with the meal uninspired. Service was positively grumpy on Sunday, leaving us with the impression that we were begrudgingly welcomed. There was a live band playing island music a little too loudly to be enjoyable. We decided to... More

A great place for breakfast right on the water. Very peaceful and quiet. Great meeting place with it being an Inn.

Our first meal was the Sunday night BBQ. The meat was cooked to perfection but the sides were very few. The main concern was nothing to drink for quite a while. The waitress finally came by and asked about drinks. Water seems to be an issue. You have to buy it if you want it with your meal. This is... More

We went to Bird Cage 4 times, since we were staying at the Osprey Beach Hotel. Once for dinner, once for lunch, twice for breakfast. The first time we went was for dinner. We got there just before 6:00 and were told they don't serve dinner until 6:30. We found out this was standard for all of Grand Turk. You... More

We ended a marvellous family reunion with a superb meal at the Osprey. The food was excellent and the service so friendly and attentive. Price is reasonable for the island. The restaurant is beautifully situated overlooking the ocean and is full of character - every chair is 'shod' with baby shoes! Even if you do not stay at the Osprey... More

I ate at the Bird Cage on 3 separate occasions during my stay on Grand Turk. Dinner items were pricey but food quality and taste was good. Weekly BBQ buffet had limited variety of sides to chose from but food was cooked to order and fresh. Servers not very warm or welcoming.
