Genuine Ice cream, pizza and italian food

I visit Tobago every year and this is the only place in Scarborough where you can spend some time and taste a very good ice-cream, or have a real cappuccino or espresso or again some tasty italian food or pizza and drink a nice cool beer or a glass of good italian wine. So many choices in one... read more

If you happen to find yourself in Scarborough, drop by. Decent coffee (rare on the island, in my experience), and great gelato with a dozen or so flavours. Supposed to be good to eat, but we didn't go back to dine. Note it has Premier League football on the screen which may be to some tastes and not others. Service... More

We enjoyed an evening at Ciao Cafe. This is a popular spot with local young people who "lime" all evening enjoying gelato and beer. The food was exceptional, they are open all day and late into the evening. We enjoyed the panini sandwiches immensely the food is really fresh and delicious. Real Italian food with a great atmosphere.

We had two lovely meals at the Ciao Cafe during our trip to Tobago in January. A very friendly owner and far the best authentic pizza in the whole of Tobago. Next door they have the most amazing home made ice cream you could wish for, our children loved the place. Well done.

On a recent trip to Tobago, my husband and I decided to try something new and we were pleasantly surprised. Ciao's is located in Scarborough and is a small, intimate cafe which caters for big taste. We are vegetarians and the owner personally showed us his vegetarian’s options, which were more than I expected. The food was great. We had... More

Went back again and again for ice cream milkshakes which were amazing every time, I also sampled the food menu and had possibly the best salad of my life with great portion size and high quality ingredients. The service is very good and the atmosphere friendly with all-important ceiling fans. It's an ideal stop for a drink, a snack or... More

This little cafe is like a calm oasis in the middle of Scarborough! They serve beer, coffee, tea, milkshakes, sandwiches, pasta, and some of the best ice cream I have ever had! With the heat in south Tobago this is a very welcome pit stop!
