Curry Delights

This is probably the finest authentic Indian food in the Caribbean. The restaurant has recently been refurbished. The lamb chop [can't remember the exact name] is amazing and so is the fish. Parking is a bit of a problem but otherwise can be excellent

If you like authentic Indian cuisine and are not put off by fine dining prices, there is no better option. Reliable, consistent quality and taste, the food and service here is excellent. Recently renovated, the decor completes the authentic experience. Conveniently located on the Queens Park Savannah. Lots of tasty vegetarian options as well - even though I am not... More

The ambience and the food is divine! The culinary experience is beautiful, the complexities of so many complementary flavors creates a wonderful and memorable taste! Parking is secure but some work should really be done to maintain the parking lot i.e. be careful with heels!

Food is very tasty, service is good, atmosphere is pretty. Lunch for two people without alcoholic beverages (only water) was $80US.

An amazing climax of taste, our Driver Richard from ABX Taxi Trinidad just google them told us that eating curry at night was a serious thing to consider since the fusion of spices can easily send a person on a vacation the bathroom but he recommend APSAR for there mild and somewhat very cooling twist on their east Indian dishes... Just returned from an amazing dining experience at apsara. The restaurant has been renovated and it is exquisite. Although the food is usually quite delicious, tonight it was exceptional. The lamb Rogan Josh was the star of the show. The staff was both courteous and efficient. (a rare find on this island!) All in all a truly memorable experience.

It was a birthday dinner party of eleven persons. We were plasantly welcomed by the staff who were dressed in their East Indian attire, all decorated and pretty. Well designed and lovely ambiance. We had a long wait since it was a very busy evening with lots of dinner parties. However, it certainly had worth the wait. The waitress recommended... More

The food was excellent and very authentic East Indian cuisine. (Note: This is not Indian fusion, which can be found elsewhere.) The garlic naan was phenomenal! The in-house prepared side sauces were very delicious and help set this apart from an average experience. The reason why I rate Apsara 4 out of 5 is because of the high prices. We... More

Beautifully decorated, all details taken care of, including the amazingly beautiful dresses of the waitresses. I am not an expert on Indian food, but it was delicious, delicate and full of flavors. I ordered a fish with auberignes and it was very light and delicate.

Ate here in 2012. I'm pretty sure I've not had a tastier, more robust meal in a restaurant since. In fact, I think this was probably my favorite meal out in the last ten years. Here I am, three years later, and I'm still reminiscing about the flavors. So I figured, I owe these guys a review.
