Was quiet when I was there at lunchtime. Beware the prices on the menu have VAT and service added to them.

I would have to say really nice place. I had reservations for outside and upon arriving decided to dine indoors and the staff was very accommodating. The food was healthy portions and great for the price. My server could have been a lil more friendlier, she seemed to be rushing from table to table hence the 4 rating thou. n... More

I must say that each time I visited Zanzibar, Movietown, I have never been dissapointed. The meal was delicious and they serve generous portions. I had the mashed potatoes and creamy chicken and my husband had the pork in tambarind sauce. He said it was a bit salty, nevertheless, mine was very good. There is always a crowd, so be... More

It's your above average restaurant at movie Towne. The food is quite good actually and the setting is part sports bar and part restaurant. The clientele is cultured enough to stay and enjoy your meal and company.

When I was served my meal I found it to be quite salty. I informed the Server who reported this to the Chef. He personally came to my table and requested how I would prefer the meal to be done. When it was done he came to the table to see if I was satisfied. I call that great customer... More

Wonderful ambience to spend with friends! Had an amazing meal there recently in the company of great friends. It was a saturday night so the place was very busy plus there was live entertainment in the courtyard. Unfortunately we had to eat and go as we were on our way to see a movie. The waitress really took care of... More

Random visit on a Sunday afternoon with my boyfriend. Been at the door once before and there were too many people, but this visit was nice and quiet. Was seated quickly and got our menus. Staff was friendly and polite. From drinks to the food, all were brought out in a timely fashion, even though we were taken up with... More

Went there to meet up Old school friends on opening night of World Cup! Needless to say the vibe was alive and upbeat. This is exactly what you want if you're going to be on an island like Trinidad. The service was a bit slow but pleasant once they came by. The drinks were great. I had a Caribbean Queen...... More

On January 17, 2014 a party of 9 inclusive of myself headed to Fiesta Plaza and sat on the outside at tables serviced by the Zanzibar Restaurant and Bar as we customarily did. After a few minutes a young lady came to us and introduced herself as our server for the night. However it was more than half an hour... More
