Consistently enjoyable

My husband hosted a small business dinner here again this week. As always, the food was delicious and the service excellent. I have been a Prime customer for many years. However the manager Debra took it up several notches with this years Mothers Day brunch. Best in Trinidad. Keep it up Debra and staff!!!

High price but very good. Big selection of wines and fabulous appetizers. Nice atmosphere to have a romantic night.

I dined here for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my Husband and our friend. I was definitely impressed with the wonderful service and the attention given to us by our servers. I loved and really appreciated the fact that the place was not crowded and you really get that intimate experience that so many Trinidad restaurants... More

Outstanding menu, very attentive service and an incredible wine list. Any foodie would love it. The beef medium rare was as good as anywhere in the world.

Prime is a nice restaurant. Not the best strak you'll ever have but the best you'll have at Trinidad and Tobage. The wine options are good. The service needs to be improved as frequently we needed to start staring at the waiter for him to notice us and came down to take our orders.

Went for a romantic dinner with my wife and ordered a Mojito. What came back was a mix between Mojito and Margarita, not impressed. The food was lovey, but the AC is set to artic setting. Even with a shawl it was freezing inside. As a consequence , the food cooled down too quickly ruining the experience. Please adjust the... More

This restaurant was disappointing. The quality of steak was poor. It was not prepared well and definitely not worth th price. They are overpriced and I would not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money at this place.

I often visit this restaurant, however, I ordered the lam on the menu and asked to have the sauce changed from a wine sauce to bbq. I do not consume alcohol at all. When the lamb came, of course it had the wine sauce. Our waiter, who was very polite told them runner immediately about the wine sauce issue. The... More
