Don't pass up the Chocolate Rum cake or the Gingerbread. This is the only place on Bequia to get good coffee.
If you only ever have Ice Cream at the GingerBread at Marannes, it is well worth the visit. The ice cream is all homemade, and is satisfying on any hot day. They offer a variety of flavours all island related. A must when in Bequia, donn on the Belmont walkway just past Frangipani and Whaleboner

This is a perfect place to have a coffee, tea, drinks or eat some ice cream, on the late afternoon. The place is comfortable, all chairs outside (it is tough if it rains) and has a beautiful view to the bay where the boats anchor.
The Gingerbread Hotel has a garden spot right on the Belmont Walkway shaded by trees where you can get an excellent coffee or tea and homemade cake.
