Good restaurant in the Four Seasons, but not spectacular

Ate at Coral Grill two nights during our stay at the resort, and had a good although not spectacular experience. First night was better in that we had the strip loin steaks for mains, which were perfectly done and very tasty. Appetizer salads and carpaccio were also very good. Second night... read more

We waited two hours for our entree. I had to get my own water from the stand. The servers had to be literally chased down. I had the jerk chicken and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I was also pleased with the wine list. If you go there, be prepared to be very aggressive in trying to... More

This restaurant totally lives up to its hype, fabulous wine list and really good food and impeccable service - truly a Four Seasons cuisine - no disappointment here!

Main restaurant at the Four Seasons, they pamper you to the extreme. The best dish we had after dining here several times has to be the Spiny Lobster. It is tender, juicy, and done to perfection every time. Their steaks are very good, but I think they really shine with their seafood (we're from Texas and it's hard to beat... More

This was by far the favorite of the three nicer restaurants we ate at on Nevis. My husband had the special of the day which was swordfish, and myself being a pickier eater...I don't eat shellfish ,and have limited likes when it comes to locals food... But that's my problem..lol. Meat and potatoes are just fine with me! So I... More

The food was very good, I had the surf and turf and the lobster had an incredible sauce, very delicious. My husband has the sea bass and liked it a lot. Portions were decent to big. We also ate here on Thanksgiving - 85.00 pre fix menu, they substituted the sea bass they advertised with snapper or grouper, did not... More

We had a romantic dinner here while staying at the Four Seasons. The service is great. The food is good. We ordered the mac and cheese (very yummy) and the filet and Caribbean lobster. The food, however, is typical steakhouse cuisine. If you live in a big city where steak houses are a dime a dozen I suggest skipping this... More

We stayed at the Four Seasons & ate at the Coral restaurant for dinner over the weekend. I bring the weekend up because that is when the restaurant serves the Nevisian jerk prime rib. I ordered the prime rib & it was a perfectly cooked hunk of meat. It was an inch thick & was such an ample serving, I... More

We generally don't enjoy hotel restaurants. Overpriced and captive market. Coral Grill is exceptional. Don't miss it
