Can't wait to go back! The Rum Punch is the BEST!

Went the during our stop on a cruise. Trusted TripAdvisor, and it did not disappoint! The Rum punch was awesome, and only $5! Very affordable to drink there all day. We also ordered the chicken. so very good. I had a massage right there next to their place, and she was great. We swam, ate and... read more

Forget the high prices and over crowding of Reggae Beach Bar and walk a little down the beach and stop at Lion Rock Beach Bar. The chairs and umbrellas are less, the staff is far more pleasant, the food is wonderful and the view is extraordinary. Give it a try. You won't be sorry.

on arrival at lion rock, said hello to lion himself, very busy sweeping up the seaweed. After that pretty much left alone as I like it. Its a chilled out place, no pressure to buy, just relax.......but my lasting impression will be the fact that lion and angela insisted on waiting for my prebooked taxi to arrive before they left...... Great xperience by the beach. I thought options were a tad bit pricy but what do you want? It's beach side service. Had burgers and fries very descent. Friendly service nice atmosphere.

Lion Rock is the best beach bar in the Caribbean. It sits on an amazing beach over looking Nevis. What makes this place so special besides the beach is Lion and his wife Angela. They make you feel like family. Together they are the most caring people you will meet in St Kitts and it shows in the food that... More

Had a great time there, we didn't eat but friends said the ribs were great. It's $5 to rent beach chairs under umbrellas, and $2 for their local beer, Carib, it's a pretty good beer. My opinion it's much better then Red Stripe(Jamacian beer) we took a taxi from the pier, it was $10 per person good views along the... More

We visited Lion and Angela at least 5 times during our week long stay. We discovered Lion Rock on a previous visit in 2011. Could not wait to return and the trip to the end of the penninsula is much easier now that the road has been paved. Lion cooked us lunch 3 times and the food is so good.... More

After missing our tour to the volcano we were particularly disappointed....but finding ourselves instead at Cockleshell Beach with Angela and team we were pleased we'd missed it. Such amazingly lovely and welcoming people who make you feel at home whilst serving you rum cocktails, local beers, and such delicious local food. Sadly we had to leave too soon to get... More

A little run down but the owner here is very nice and friendly! Fantastic view of Nevis across the straight and their Lion rum punch, as the owner puts it, is made with a lot of love! Great and powerful drink, like its namesake! Good for a day at the beach, drinks and right next to the Spice Mill restaurant.... More
